You're not wrong... I've been supporting Barrow for 42 years - and 40 of them we were down there...

and you shouldn't be too upset that only one of Morecambe and Fleetwood can come down - as even if they both stay up for you to play next season they're both closer than Barrow and Carlisle were this year

We get bloody Sunderland though.

Makes Carlisle seem like an easy day trip. At least Hartlepool aren't going up as well...

I'm not complaining if we get Sunderland! (Unless its on a Tuesday night or a day I can't make it)

I'm not either, thinking of turning it into a city break with a few nights in Newcastle...plenty to do in the North East, some stunning beaches...always a bonus when you live in a land locked county!

Welcome Doncaster, AFC Wombles and Gillingham....... Gillingham please set off early for your game at Barrow next season;- we don't want a repeat of the 1961/62....

If ever an incentive was needed to get promoted this season avoiding that trip to Gillingham is definitely a good one. Just saw Neil Harris post-match interview. Pretty damning about the state the club were in on and off the field when he arrived.

Mr Evans has a LOT to answer for. We didn’t even have a tactics board.

He will be getting the reception he deserves when we meet up next season.

Their "temporary" stand is still going, 20 years on. Laughable

It’s listed as a historical structure now thank you very much.

Obviously it’s got a safety certificate but it is very disconcerting how you can feel that stand move when you are in it.

For what it’s worth I found it very refreshing the way Harris didn’t pull any punches. The way he just flat out said he was getting rid of a load of them etc I like that honesty. Reminds me of DC end of last season for us when he said he “couldn’t wait to get rid of the dead wood”. Having him as manager should be cause for hope even if it probably doesn’t feel great today.

I wasn’t being serious

It feels a little dangerous up there when I’ve sat there myself.

Harris is excellent, my only hope for the club is we can keep him.

Not sure how we only managed three changes as the frankly insane League Two promotion/playoff race continues apace. All three newbies come from the Promised Land above, with Gillingham, Wimbledon and Doncaster swapping Accrington for Bradford. Relegation not so bad now, eh lads? One bright spot for the real Dons is that Franchise missed out on promotion despite winning 5-zip at Plymouth who themselves miss out on the playoffs altogether. More good news for Exeter, there - enjoy your real derby next year!

In Hell, Stockport made things more interesting by losing to Boring Wood whilst Wrexham closed to within a point by winning their non league game in non league against non league Southend (who themselves cannot reach the non league playoffs - don’t know if I’ve mentioned that). Squeaky bum time for proper clubs Carney, Grimsby and Chesterfield who all still need a result or two after failing to win at the weekend.

big games on Monday with Chesterfield v Stockport and Boring Wood v Wrexham. IF Wrexham win and Stockport fail to win, then even though Stockport would have a game in hand Wrexham would probably be favourites for the title.

Stockport or Wrexham? Hmm...

Fingers crossed for a complete collapse by both (including a tedious brawl when they play each other which finishes 0-0 in goals and 3-3 in red cards) and three wins for Halifax to let them sneak the title, with any of Notts, Chesterfield or Grimsby winning the playoffs. :)

The rules are 1 ex-League team and one "tinpot" team come up - so Solihull are the only ones that qualify as tinpot this time - unless Boreham Wood sneak into the play off's.

Incorrect Harrogate on that list, should be Harrogate Railway.
TBF had been hoping to get a chant of "Harrogate Railway, they're laughing at you" going at the New Lawn yesterday, but, erm, the chance didn't present itself

The one bright spot of being relegated is not having to host that shower of shite next season. It's always an absolute circus. The club and plod not making it a bubble match this season didn't help.

Did the silly buggers pay extra to stand in the ‘covered’ section.

No that’s all they got, home fans got the rest of the open terrace on that side as we’d sold out the rest of the ground.

Gillingham supporters - who are the seven contracted players Harris says he will dump en masse?

FC Halifax are also rank tinpotters
