@OrientOutlook Becchetti booting him again ? Getting depressed supporting O's these days #whathappenedtoourfamilyclub #lofc

From Northampton Town centre back Gabby Zakuani. Pretty much on point.

I agree. Hess should never have touched it, but on the flip side he apparently has a lovely contract and should get a nice pay off. Apparently turned down a coaching job at Millwall over the summer, something will come up for him.

No fucking clue what Becchetti's next move is. I hope it isn't Andy Edwards, he's done excellent work with the youth team so naturally I don't want him booted out in three months time.

(Presuming the rumours are true, I have no reason to doubt them)

See on BBC Hess has been sacked. Seven managers since summer 2014. Wow! Will this be a burden off the players back tomorrow so they play better, or make things worse as part of a long-term slide?

Lol it won't be a burden off their back.

Seven is slightly inflated and doesn't represent the overall picture - Milanese and Nugent were only temporary appointments - but yeah, not great is it?

We did before we were taken over by these stronzos.

No sympathy for Hess. Took a massive pay rise from a guy who literally assaulted him in front of thousands, knowing full well he wouldn't have control of signings or team selection and would be sacked by Christmas. Had us playing fucking awful 'football' to boot. Glad he's gone.

Suprised it was done before Plymouth, but there you go.

He knew what he was getting himself in for and has just made sure he got himself a nice pay off. Some of our performances have been shocking, but then when we beat Stevenage 3-0, we actually played well, passed the ball on floor, got in behind defences, as opposed to launching the thing long all the time, which is pretty much what we have done since then, apart from 20mins away at Carlisle.

I have some sympathy for him, but I'm more annoyed he stayed on TBH. Most, if not all of the signings were not his - But some of those signings aren't exactly shit. The likes of Gavin Massey, Tom Parkes and Liam Kelly have proved very useful signings so far.

Heard that Benito Carbone has been interviewd already, but not sure how true that is.

We could go back in for Paul Tisdale again, we won't get any better.

As E10 rifle says, not anymore. The Italians have allocated the away fans 1,500 or whatever it is and it stays like that.

Barry Hearn just used to give the whole of that stand to away fans when they brought big followings (2k-3k) as it made us more money, but those days are long gone now.

And better grub than you'd get with the peasants. But the rich Orient fans tend to be more clueless than the paupers so you may hear things that make you sigh.

If you're lucky you get to see various football managers and coaches appear in there as well.

Have Orient been in for Tisdale previously? Really can't see him taking on that move. It will be someone from within or Italy surely?

Becchetti did a fans forum with around 200 fans back in July.

He was asked which managers he had spoken to about the job before giving it to Hendon.

His reply was that he spoke to Paul Tisdale three times, but they couldn't agree on his salary.

Becchetti then said he had to make a decision, so he appointed Ian Hendon - Which he said he regretted, due to Hendons poor recruitment.

McMahon - seriously? he's somehow making biggest budget in the league Ebbsfleet look average in the Conf. South. Suppose it doesn't matter who the figure head of manager is though, just needs a yes man for 6 months or so for the owner, then repeat.

As a Southend fan I'm meant to dislike Orient, I don't though. Never have, even been in the home end on more than one occasion. Graham Westley though, hope you get McMahon.

Also Ian Hendon has just been on BBC Radio London and laid into the Italians - Basically saying that they always interfere and try and pick the team every week.

They told him he couldn't play Jobi McAnuff either and that half of the squad he had wanted out last season.

Its a mircale we finished 8th!!!
