Oddly, we've extended Wild's contract already, which can only mean we've had people sniffing around.

confirmed as a 5 year deal in his post match interview - it's a long deal for any manager - but gives the club some protection when the "bigger" clubs start sniffing around which they will do if we have a good season.

Stockport County.
I like Wild and he's doing a great job at Barrow as he did at Halifax.

One thing at Halifax though was I always thought he had the air of a nearly man who fell short at the big moments. Be interesting to see if he can pull through that at Barrow. But considering Barrow were relegation candiates since they've come up from the NL, it would hardly be a huge gripe to have.

He struck gold with DC, Raj's previous 5 or is it 6? appointments have been horrific.

To think we chased this bloke for a month and upped the compo in order to get him.

Hartley is the short term problem, but Raj continues to be the long term one, if we go down it's 100% on him.
He will appoint Sweeney temporarily then wait until end of Jan to find a permanent manager, so he can blame that wait for why there was no money spent in January

Word on social media is that Hartley is out and we're bringing in Graham Alexander

Harris coming under increasing pressure too.
Hardly surprising when we have one win and two goals from our first nine games!
Our foootball is shite and his decision making even worse.
Wouldn’t be surprised if he walks.

Betsy could be in trouble at Crawley.

6 points from 27 possible, out shot in every game weve played and reputedly one of the highest budgets.

Tactically he has changed track. Gone from trying to out posses the other team to sitting back and relying on breaks but then benches our fastest forward (and when he brought him on v Stockport played him on the edge of our own area).

Seems the players are still onside but that may be due to his coaching ability. The fans have gone from worried to wanting him gone (70-30 split I'd say).

My personal opinion is he is learning on the job, making mistakes and trying to rectify them In the next game. He needs to be more proactive on the side...or if he is giving orders the players are not listening which is worse.

Next up is the tenth game. 6 points from 30 I think he is in real trouble. 9 from 30, he aint out of the woods but survives until the 15th game. Away at Doncaster another struggling team but we haven't beaten Rochdale or Harrogate. I'm not confident.

Probably is. Proper managers don't come near us. Hartley walking is believable mind.
This is biggest issue, any manager worth his salt wouldn’t touch us with the owner we have. Word spreads fast in football and that’s why we keep ending up with bargain bin recruitment

Thank fuck for that. Anything other than the cheapest possible option for once would be welcomed

Must have someone lined up, 'A further update on succession plans will follow in due course' there's no way we bob along for a month with a caretaker whilst they interview.
