Given that you're the home team, he won't be featuring us!

It is and if a couple of so-called football fans hadn't rolled out the 'I don't mind MK Dons' tripe, I probably wouldn't have got involved. However, the moment they did, discussion on the short history of MK Dons became relevant, so you're directing your frustration at the wrong person.

Unfortunately for you, there are people like me that won't ever forget what happened regarding the formation of your club. As I said earlier in the thread, it was wrong then and it's still wrong now. No passage of time will ever change that.

Funnily enough he featured us when we played you at Ashton Gate this season, and we won....

I've stupidly added us into my acca, just because the odds are ridiculously good... Considering we're more than capable of getting a result.

I've got it down as a draw in mine as it was the same odds, and that's what my head says the result will be. Upped the acca from 39/1 to over 140/1

I used to be a bit superstitious about betting on City, not wanting to jinx anything and all that. Then I realised that superstition is a complete load of bollocks. I've bet on us and we've won, and I've bet on us and we've lost

When we won you must have been wearing lucky pants! Make sure you see lots of magpies before a game too.

Bugger, i confused you with Cotts there

Don't worry about frozen pitch we've had the under soil heating on for 2 games so far this winter, they won't be risking anything for tomorrow's game to be called off!

See Robinson and Alli have picked up the January awards just in time for the curse to strike this game - great stuff! :D

Since we've been back down here every game between us has been a belter - 2-2, 2-2 and 3-2 - both teams playing good football and looking to attack, and this one won't be any different.

Really is a big game in every sense. 1st vs 2nd, 2nd best at home vs 2nd best away, best attack vs best defence (also 3rd best attack vs 2nd best defense - we're both pretty decent really). Also 1st vs 2nd in the form tables, over the last 8:

City: W7 D0 L1 F17 A3 P21
MK: W5 D2 L1 F19 A6 P17

So far the games between the top 3 have all resulted in narrow victories for the home side, hopefully we can change that here! A draw would be a good result for us, but I wouldn't take it right now. Still a long way to go but a win here would be a big step towards promotion.

It will be a big test though make no mistake. MK may have lost Afobe but they've replaced him well and have a huge amount of depth now. Their pace and movement up top is a big step up from the majority in this league and although we've looked incredibly solid of late, including against West Ham who didn't look like scoring until Sakho came on, it's hard to see us keeping a clean sheet here. Korey Smith will have a vital role shielding the defence and dealing with Alli, but if there's anyone in the division I'd back to manage it, it would be him.

We'll also most probably have less of the ball then we're used to but I think that may suit us, we've looked lethal on the counter-attack in recent weeks with Freeman and JET running at opposition defences, with both wingbacks bombing on and feeding Smith in the air. And I can't remember seeing a side so dangerous from set pieces. So I can't see us not scoring either.

Overall, a high scoring draw may be on the cards here, but I'm feeling confident and backed by our biggest away following this century I reckon we'll get the win. 2-3 City (JET and Smith x2, Cole and Baker for MK)

Wow, inadvertently that turned into something of an essay, apologies!
