CV Leisure is the company Priestnall set up to control the football club when he bought it. There *could* be a perfectly reasonable explanation for all the movements, particularly as a takeover could be imminent, however given his past record it's not unreasonable to jump to less positive conclusions.what is CV Leisure? The thing that has changed on those accounts is the tangible assets, they've just been taken off the accounts. Not knowing enough about the Yeovil owner or his company/companies, he could have just transferred a tangible asset, eg some buildings, or a shit load of cash, to another company, or him personally.
The company would then have to re-submit accounts.
The original profit was only because of the 'tangible assets' so the actual turnover of the company was always a loss.
