Congratulations on your return to the FL, Hartlepool. Impossible to see you being overhauled now. As we played a part in your relegation by capitulating to Newport, I can’t help but feel pleased.

Sutton 4 behind with 4 games in hand, Torquay 4 behind with 3 games in hand... it's far too tight in the top 3 to call anything yet

7-2 win, bit of a weird end to the game, Mendy feigning/making the most of a touch to the face, our physio losing his cool marching after him on the final whistle, weird all round.

We may be top but there's teams with too many games still to play, let's see how Sutton and Torquay get on in their midweeks, getting a bit exciting though I must admit.

Can’t say you didn’t get value for money today.

Great Barnet hit form just before they’re due to play us. Typical.

Chesterfield v Halifax on Tuesday looks interesting, and then a lot of big games from a play off point of view next Saturday.

Boreham Wood v Stockport
Halifax v Bromley
Torquay v Notts County
Wrexham v Chesterfield
Eastleigh v Sutton United

Tasty

Three defeats in a week, worst run since we were relegated, out the playoffs.
This shower of shit from manager down will relegate us next season without drastic change.

I said six points from Maidenhead today and Boreham Wood next week and we’d be in the title mix but alas we simply can’t win more than two games in a row this season.

Best we can hope for now is one of the teams above us goes on a poor run and we can knick third.

Used to be a regular thing for us that. DC is used to that score line. Hartlepool welcome to the big league. You’re in esteemed company now. Another season of DC and who knows, you might have a star on your shirt

Well we can't be as bad as our last 6 pointer can we? Haha

Big week ahead.

We need to nick third because as you say we can't win more than two in a row.
