A fair post and I am as sick of the constant chopping and changing of managers as you are. We have had a difficult start and there weren’t many matches where I’d expect us to pick up points. I think my issue is that our primary problem, the centre of midfield, is so obvious and yet Kewell shows no sign of trying to resolve it. In all of our matches, including the Eastleigh one, our opponent’s expected goals have been much larger than ours. Let’s see if we can dominate against Weymouth on Saturday.

Kewell gone!

Let's see what Brennan does differently.

Just watched the highlights and that first from Efete is almost a carbon copy of Waterfalls from Tuesday. Inch perfect corner to the penalty spot and strong header into top corner. (Someone with video editing skills needs to put them side by side)

Fox for the second was a great strike too.
During the first games against Weymouth and Stockport, Hunt seemed to float the ball in to very little affect. He’s now driving them in and they’re absolutely impossible to defend properly and a dream to attack as even the slightest touch is going to be enough to get it in on goal

Kewell’s pay off earnings are getting big.

In the big game of the day
Dover 0-0 Solihull.
Another vaunted strikeforce shut down at Crabble.
Good news for those at the top of the table

I can’t see Neal ‘respect the point’ Ardley being too pleased at that one.

But Dover have now kept as many clean sheets as us this season. You tightened up at the back over the summer?

Can't really say the defenders are much better than last season [plus didn't see any games]. we've still let in 3 & 4 in games
3 home games - 0 goals scored is costing us - Can see Ricky Miller being released soon - tonight he was hooked for some youngster who hasn't even been announced as a signing

Think Ricky doesn't have much time left at this level. When he signed for us he was hailed by some as the Messiah. In reality he looked slow and didn't fit into our system.

Not the worst striker we've had at the EBB (Shamir Mullings takes that crown) but overall a massive disappointment.

Solihull’s start has been absolutely textbook Neal. Beat previously unbeaten Boreham Wood, beat Torquay, good point against Wrexham. Lose at home to Weymouth and drop points against Barnet and Dover.

we've got lots of injuries otherwise Miller wouldn't have started the game. Hess might want to keep him as an impact sub. He looks too muscly/overweight
