Could Southend drop straight through the league? Always thought they'd bottom out like we did but they're not scoring many, not winning and there doesn't seem much of anything to put he brakes on.

They’ll probably be saved by there only really being two relegation places to fight over this season. Wouldn’t be amazed if they ended up in a proper battle to stay up, though.

I've just found out that Pete Wild is only 36. He looks about 60, what's he been doing to himself!?

Stockport County.
Rusk needs to be put out of his misery. The guy is seriously crap. I knew the game was up at 1-0.

My first trip to Halifax. Enjoyed it apart from our performance.

Doing a good job Pete wild on limited resources. Cracking result. Stockport need to get rid and fast
We may have a much bigger budget but Halifax have definitely got the far superior manager.

Oh my God, ShayShite was a busy man today, there he is popping up on the Hatters forum, explaining in the first half how they're dominating us without having to try- our worst performance of the season. :ffs: Please make him just stop. :ffs::fl:
How much rent are you charging The Shay Way to live inside your head?

3 seasons of getting us near the top of this league with one of the smallest budgets in the league.
The guys on an upward curve. Only a matter of time before he's managing in the football league. I'm doubting we'll be able to afford him the next time his contract is up for renewal. Thankfully he's signed of till the end of next season.

He wasn't even in the dugout today had a touchline ban. Gets himself into trouble giving the ref verbals on the sideline.

Great young coach.

Dunno about Pete Wild looks more like he’s been living wild.

He entertains me and I can't even see the tosh he's posting
You’re not missing much, only 2 or 3 replies to you pretty much every day.
He’s started telling everybody now about stuff you post on the Halifax forum and today about you posting on Stockport’s forum as if anyone else cares other than him.

I'd love to know how he'd even know who I was on the Halifax forum as my username is different to the one on here for one and I've got better things to do with my time than join the fans forum of every team we play against haha

Went to Yeovil yesterday as I had a free Saturday and thought we were pretty good value. Thought given their start and goals we’d be in for a tough game and probably would have taken a point, instead we left with 3 fairly comfortable ones. I think Yeovil will be up there in the top 10 (so maybe we can call them a good side?!)

I wish we were playing Stockport next week and not in January though

I don’t mean to be dramatic but quite how we managed to sign John McAtee is completely beyond me, he’s absolutely bloody brilliant. Came on today and changed the game completely (and then missed a penalty). We had some great players down here last time and he’s cementing his name right up at the top.

Another 3 points and whilst Chesterfield and Notts wank themselves into oblivion about their start, Grimsby quietly go about their own business.

Eastleigh were absolutely shite

Wish we could just budge up the table a couple of places, not happy sitting there with Wrexham's nose up our arse-is this why they call 'em "Wrectum"?

Should have got something from that game with our second half chances, tough one against Solihull next week. These are the hard games, very easy to beat the crap.
Big club like you should be walking this league.

Done a great job overall for us. Sometimes worries too much about the opposition but recently seems to be focussing more on ourselves and making slight tweaks as and when we need to. If we carry on at the rate we are, it's only a matter of time before bigger clubs come calling.
Can we have him

I'm not sure I agree that Dagenham 'deserved' a point. Should they have scored toeards the end of the game and could they have got a point or better? absolutely. But im not sure being on top for 20 minutes of a 90 minute game means you deserve anything. If we'd been more ruthless we could have easily been 3 or 4 ahead by half time. But we didn't, just as they didn't score at all.
