Who do you play?
Their taking a dig at us cos we have some fans who refuse to swap ends and the overall pointlessness of segregating the game at out place

Tbh i dont think any will be stupid enough to try that type of thing at Wealdstone...most of our idiot element dont even go to away games anyway.

Interesting listening to that Friday interview with Maidstone's owners and the idea of a supporters contribution to cover the cost of a ground extension. Surely that's a no brainer? We're £14,000 into our £40,000 target for supporters to supplement the playing budget for next season.* Supporters that donate £25 a time earn a share in the club as a result.

*Sounds and largely is unsustainable. Please let this lease get extended!

Im glad the club are going for the cheaper option to be honest. Give me a good terrace over a seated stand anyday of the week.
The current ''bus shelter'' behind that goal holds 800ish....removing that and upping the ground capacity by another 1000 means this new terrace should be a decent size

The orginal plan for a 900 seater stand with boxes, terracing infront etc etc was gonna cost close to a million or more....terrace option is gonna cost us less than half that

We never used to swap ends at half time. Only really been the past couple of seasons. You shouldn't be forced to swap IMO.

Wealdstone 2-2 Maidstone United (Att: 815)

A fair result and a quite enjoyable game to watch. Our left side was outstanding today, Dale Binns had his best game in a Stones shirt and Bradley gave their #2 an absolutely torrid time.

Decent away following too, must have been around 200 or so.

I'd have expected more from them tbh, given their home crowds.

Seems none of us want to win the title! Still, I believe, in our hands as I don't believe Sutton will win all their games. Not too bothered by Maidstone.

Dunno what I witnessed today but we were terrible.. I think we're waving goodbye to The National South this season with a performance like that..hardly any spirit in the side and St Albans fully deserved victory perhaps should've been a wider margin than 3-1 though...Will be at Wealdstone on Monday night and I feel if we don't win that one we're braced for relegation...looking on the bright side this is funny old League and anything can happen especially when you think a win for us today couldve taking us to 12th but yet still battling for safety

Frustrating game that, especially with Ebbsfleet getting yet another draw. But still, we're the masters of our own destiny, 12 wins and 4 draws in our last 16 in the league. Continue at that level and we'll be celebrating

Tomorrow night is the proverbial 6 pointer. I feel that we have to win it too, keep drawing and we'll be relegated.

Reckon it'll go right down to the wire for Weston, 2 games in hand but haven't got an easy run-in.

Wealdstone 3-0 Hayes and Yeading United (Att: 638)

Hayes aren't long for this league, awful to be quite frank with you all. We scored 3 times in a 20 minute blitz to start the game and but for a couple of good saves and wasted shots, we could/should have added to our tally.

Quite amazed at how much space Hayes gifted us when attacking them and the glaring chasm down their left hand side within the final 10 minutes. A team with a revolving door policy and a distinct lack of cohesion who lost the midfield battle early on. Tom Collins is also continuing to mug teams out of a pay packet at this level. He's fucking awful.

Speaking of Hayes & Yeading what the heck is going on with their ground?? Thought they were meant to be moved in by now
Beginning of season it was said they should be in their ground by January 2016....not heard anything since

They run out of money again??

It's all kept very secret by Hayes as to what is going on because us fans baely have a clue! The last I heard, around Christmas time, we were getting seats put in and our chairman said it's more realistic to say we will be there from the beginning of next season. But since then God knows what's happened.. Just praying they do move in ASAP.

Great performance from you guys cleared us off easily. Good luck for the rest of the season.

As you've mentioned we were absolutely terrible..wasting possession unnecessarily... Just pure shite frankly.

Bye bye National South.. No way were surviving in this league playing like the way we are at the moment..losing 3-1 St Albans at home now this 3-0. Pure shambles!

The only player who is useful for us right now is Ehui..he scored on Saturday and came on as a late sub yesterday and once he was there the performance slighlty lifted despite this being something like 88 minutes into the game.

Maidstone got lucky I see!

Seems Joe Howe could be on his way out. :( not been selected since coming back from injury and after being on the bench on Saturday and playing with the kids in the Kent Senior Cup last night, it could spell the end for him. Hope I'm wrong, but I can't see it. Another great servant (good player too) being pushed out.

Oxford City 3-2 Wealdstone (Att: 393)

If I could sum up James Bransgrove, our defence (with the exception of Binnsey) and our 2nd half performance in one .gif it would be this...

latest

Lost all shape and composure on the ball in the 2nd half after a fairly even first half but with Matty Harriott hobbling off with an injury, we lost the midfield battle as a lack of pressing on our end allowed Oxford to break quickly and with success. Hey ho.

Decent turn out of Stones supporters, estimate of 165 seems about right as I thought we had just under half the crowd.

Quick turnaround for the players as we host Sutton on Monday night.

I wasnt at the game but a good 2-1 win for us at Margate today..
Benyon scored from the spot and Cronin (Debutant) scored aswell.
Benyon's tally up to 13 for this year and his goals may just help us avoid the drop but I'm not holding my breath in fact I'm almost still convinced were going down! Next weekend our game is against Havant and Waterlooville another pivotal match...we shall see what happens

2-0 win at Gosport. Stern and Wishart w with the goals. Gosport missed a penalty, their 3rd spotkick failure against us this season

Beat Chelmsford 2-0 with goals from Pinney and Lok. Didn't play at all well, especially in the 1st half. Chelmsford played nice football and had a lot of possession, but had very little end product. That win means were probably safe from relegation now and hopefully we can try and get a top 10 finish.

Maidstone/Dartford game in a couple of weeks time has been made segregated :(

Prob for the best to be honest. Considering our past history and this will be Dartfords first visit to our ground...potential for something to kick off

Probably too much to ask for a Wealdstone win??

Yup.

Wealdstone 0-2 Sutton United (Att: 631)

Sutton are the best side I've seen this season over 180 minutes, not sure they're technically that much better but had our gameplan read from pretty much minute one. Dan Wishart and Kevin Amankwaah were both superb in their full back positions tonight as they remained tight to Shaun Lucien and Bradley Hudson-Odoi, stifling any width we had and the extra midfielder allowed them to mop up anything played through the middle. Simple, yet very effective.

First half was reasonably even, we had the ball in the net after 90 seconds but Jonny Wright's tap in was disallowed after he was called offside. Sutton's goal came from a penalty and a handball against Dale Binns (looked like a joke decision from our end) but well dispatched by Bedsente Gomis. Second half however was so one sided, we were overrun and it was only a matter of time until Sutton grabbed their 2nd. Louis John duly tapped in with 10 minutes to go and that's all she wrote.

Abject performance from us, a Ryman performance in fact. We need to buck up our ideas and fast!

Was fine when we played (although could have been tasty had we had a higher allocation), can't see Dartford posing much trouble. We never segregate our games with them!

Shame that.

Still don't think Sutton will win every game, especially with Truro, Maidstone and us still to play.

Win away to Weston on Friday and the pressure is back on them.

Joe, there's a difference between yourselves visiting, and Dartford visiting. You're local rivals sure, but don't have quite the same history Darts and ourselves have, especially regarding stadiums...

Yeah, fair enough I guess, although I heard we used to have some tasty games with you back in the day.

13 wins and 4 draws from our last 17 games now. Maintain that level of form and it's doable. However there is no pressure on us (or Maidstone) IMO, as Ebbsfleet have got to keep on winning as well, looking back over their shoulder at both us and Maidstone. We know what we have to do, and the last couple of games have proven we can grind out results at places that are difficult to do so (last night was the first time in 5 matches we've won at Wealdstone under Dos). Will we win all our remaining games? Doubtful. But then I don't think we need to win every game. Ebbsfleet on the other hand can't afford a single slip-up.

If you slip up, we can slip up.

As I said before, if you do it then fair play. Your run-in is much tougher than ours.
