Great! I'll soon be able to post in peace. Can anyone get that Grimsby twat to do it? :ds:
Son of Cod might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I wouldn’t call him a twat.

Another sub 1,000 home fans . Serious question, do you think Barnet can get decent gates in Canons Park or have you lost a generation of fans?
It doesn’t look good. We’ve lost 35% of our core home support since the end of 16/17 and they don’t look like coming back. We’ve picked up a few local fans but not in any significant numbers.

Don't worry Kleanthous says we can survive on crowds of 400. He doesn't care.

I'll be surprised if we still have a club in 10 years.

I can't make any predictions about 2029 but attendances have been way down the list of priorities for some time now.

The biggest problem has been catastrophic decisions re. managerial appointments and transfers for over 2 years now. That all feeds through to attendances.

I will say that if the past 3 years on the pitch had happened at Underhill, I don't think the attendances would be more than about 200 better than they are now.

The biggest problem is the results.

The total apathy between the club and a lot of supporters is worrying. Crowds will continue to decline.

Since the move to the Hive the club has lost a lot of its soul. High ticket prices, complicated membership scheme, removal of the Hive bar for a cramped dark chicken restaurant, no coach travel, poor service at the bars, expensive food, woeful organisation for Brentford tickets, players getting injured on nights out, TK charging players for medical treatment. Of course the biggest issue has been the absolute shambles on the pitch in the last four years. Disgraceful managerial appointments and poor recruitment has led to years of dire displays.

We're stuck with Kleanthous though. He clearly doesn't care about the football side of the Hive. But if he was to sell, the club would be in a mess. He'd never sell the Hive so we'd end up renting and the club would have no assets. That would be us done.

There were 200 Torquay last night at Ebbsfleet. Terrific numbers again for a long midweek trip.

Local radio presenter said c.200 Chesterfield at Fylde. Assume there will be an official figure somewhere but that’s more than I thought we’d take all things considered (if true)
