Also, bit of a fuck up in the finish to the diva fatal 4 way? Emma blatantly wasn't meant to win. You could see her move off the pin before ref called 3. Charlotte finished the match the way it should have gone?

Good show. The crowd always bump the matches up a notch, even if they're annoying sometimes.

I thought the main event had great emotion, but the wrestling was very sloppy. The women they're bringing in and have in NXT now are going to keep the standard of women's wrestling up. I dare say the might surpass the previous generation.

Gable and Jordan are stars.

I think in retrospect they'd have had Gable and Jordan win the semi and lose in the final. They went a little too predicatble with what they did, especially on a show where the main event was obvious. A show of respect between Finn, Joe, Gable and Jordan would have been fitting with the show's theme.

I was happy he got the reception he did, it made him look like a huge deal. I didn't like the announcers claiming he'd been on the 'independents for 15 years,' I don't think they intended to be disrespectful but they were really sloppy there.

I think they did it due to the fact that they don't see TNA as a threat, so there's no need to mention them. I think HHH probably learnt from the mid 90's that not mentioning other organisations is better than mocking them or mentioning them.

don't know why but i particularly liked this week's NXT. Maybe it's because Raw has been so awful in the last month and I just like watching good wrestling

It's the lack of over exposure and consistency that makes NXT great imo. There was no Balor on this show and you don't see everyone every week. Raw could learn a lot from this. We don't need to see guys competing every week, give them backstage segments to further angles and have certain episodes dedicated to building other angles/feuds.

You actually get chance to miss people on NXT. It's like - ah man, no Enzo & Cass/whoever this week, sure they'll be back next week. So you've gotta watch. It gives different people chance to 'main event' the show each week and keeps it fresh. How many Authority promos and random meaningless tag matches do they think we need?

Solomon Crowe asked for his release from nxt yesterday. Not surprising really as he hadnt done much in the 2 years he was with wwe.

Shame about Crowe, they dropped the hacker gimmick without giving it much of a chance, he got a big injury, came back when the product had lifted off and the fans were more interested in the people on the card that had been built, then they put him with Rollins' bird and one week later she gets fired for owning Nazi paraphernalia. Tough breaks.

He wasn't very good tbf. No real interesting attributes.

Gutted about Brad Maddox though, the guy was great whenever he was given screen-time. Amazed they couldn't find a role for him.

Crowe is a good enough wrestler, I think taking away what was potentially a brilliant and cutting edge gimmick left people indifferent to him. When he goes from that to just a guy there was nothing interesting about him.

Not surprised they've let Maddock go, they don't like guys that connect with the audience without their consent. His career in WWE is indicative of the clueless and inconsistent booking that's been going on for too many years.

didnt realise Maddox was gone too, they could have easily sent him down to NXT to work for a bit. he could have worked well with Jordan and Gable as a trio

Went to NXT in Blackpool tonight, my mate had a spare ticket 4 rows from the ring and he offered it me for £40.

I'm not the biggest wrestling fan, but that was quality. Would definitely do it again. 10 straight minutes of doing the YAYA/KOLO Toure chant for Gable and Jordan being the highlight.

i went to the sheffield show. outside of Mania, one of the best shows I've been to. Great wrestling, great crowd interaction. Honestly would recommend going to an NXT live event to anybody.

Maybe apart from the guy who jumped in the ring during the Gable/Jordan v Dash/Dawson and has probably now been battered senseless by security

Couldn't really tell. It was supposedly sold out, certainly no spaces around where I was sat.
