Us vs Grimsby it is then. Should be a good crowd and a good occasion. Don't know how to call it if I'm honest, could go either way.

And sledge, don't hate on Irene, sounds brilliant on days like today when it's every side of the ground.

Bristol Rovers will take a good 30k to Wembley, I imagine Grimsby will take 15k+. Record attendance for a conference play off final?

There's a big interest in us this year, a new found spirit between fans and players that we've lacked for years. I'd say we could push near 25k.

Hopefully we'll take 20k+, we've taken close to 30k before back in what is now League One in the 90s. The record is Oxford v York, when Oxford went up which was about 42k, so I reckon even with conservative guesses for both sides, it will be beaten. Providing we don't collapse in the next 35-40 minutes, of course.

That'd be a decent effort. Would like to see both Bristol Rovers and Grimsby back in the Football League.

Will undoubtedly be the record crowd. We should take 35/40k on our own assuming the allocation stretches that far (no reason it won't)

Should do, I saw a plan of ticket prices. The "neutral" section was that bit that is always a little bit empty 5 minutes into England games and FA Cup finals because it's the corporate seats and everyone slags whoever is sitting there off for being in the bar at kickoff. Can't find the image right now, but will have a search after the match.

I thought the neutral zone was in the South section, behind the dug-outs essentially? I remember a tweet from the Conference saying similar. Bit rubbish if so.

I don't blame them for bringing in the neutrals given crowd numbers in recent years, but not necessary for this one.

John Lewis is one of the most effective front men in the league, seriously. He's a nightmare to defend against.

Palmer enjoys scoring against Eastleigh, doesn't he?

Isn't that the bit I'm talking about, or am I getting the sides of the stadium confused? Either way, it's not 20% of the capacity, so you will have more than 40k tickets if needed, which I don't think you will personally. Fair play if you do, though!

Just a warning, if there's a pitch invasion here I'll be declaring it tinpottery of the highest order.

As I've reaffirmed since the play-offs commenced, anyone who thought the two tinpotters stood a chance is living on another planet, Brovers and Grimsby are so far in front of them it's unreal. Looking forward to the Final.

It's all a bit confusing for me, so we're probably talking about the same area.

I'm doubtful we'll need more than 40k, at the moment I'd estimate 35-40k. Phone-only sales (which was talked about earlier this week) will impact that, I have no doubt. Unbelievable that there would be no online sales in 2015.

Well done Rovers and Grimsby, done the real clubs proud today, a victory for football over the rich bastards who are ruining the game we all love. :bdick:

I'd rather have both of them in our league but thoroughly deserved. It's ridiculous that Bristol Rovers vs. Grimsby Town is even a non-league fixture.

Well done Bristol and Grimsby. Thoroughly deserved over the two games and showed how far off the pace FGR and Eastleigh were.

Quite the contrast in celebrations at the full time whistle. Very much a 'one game to go' mentality from Bristol whilst Grimsby seem to have already been promoted. Time will tell as to whether it matters.

Comfortable as you like despite the neutrals thinking we would struggle before the game. Apart from the first 20 mins when you expect Eastleigh to come out the blocks they weren't in the game.

LJL showing what a great striker he is without having to score but got a goal to boot.

Shame about the tinpot fans and running on the pitch. Only half the job done now onto Wembely were I'm not quite as confident but its anyones game. We have took over 30k to wembely before but only took about 14k last time. Be happy if we take 20k plus. Should be a record attendence.

Not as ridiculous as the possibility of Tranmere Rovers v Bristol Rovers being a non league fixture next season!

Spot on sparrow , it's been a brilliant day but it doesn't mean a lot if we lose the final .
