Played twice at the Abbey last season. He lost 5-1 and 4-0. Awful defender.

3-1 when we played. Fact is we only won 2 games when he was on the pitch last season and one of those was whilst he was playing for Oxford.

Beat Woking 4-0 with goals from Jay Simpson x2, Ollie Palmer and Scott Kashkett.

Wokings defence was shocking, they couldn't cope with pace.

Bishops Stortford on Saturday and Southend on Sunday, both away with a mixture of trialists and first teamers for both games.

He wasn't released .... He escaped
Somebody seems to have a bit of sad on with Mansfield! What's up was your wallet stolen in Mansfield or something? It can't be to do with stealing points off you, as we only managed to get 1 out of a possible 6.

From memory, Mansfield are second only to Lincoln in the 'most likely to lump it' stakes.

Only explanation for them allowing the liquid football skills of Rakish Bingham to slip from their grasp.

Looks like we're attempting to play football next season , so Rakish will enjoy ball to feet or just in front of him ..... If anyone's coming to the Vic next season you will notice we have ripped up the football pitch and put down the biggest bowling green you've ever seen . . All designed to play proper football on

 How do you think we feel? We see it 44 times more than you do a season! Thankfully, It looks to be a thing of the past now. If Pompey are the Barca of L2 we will have to dibs Arsenal. Play pretty football but win fuck all.

Playing Leeds behind closed doors. I think we will get an insight into Moniz's first choice as it stands. I think we may even try to sneak in another friendly

We might have to settle for Swansea then.

Skip to 53 seconds to see Kennedy's goal last night against Preston. Beautiful.

Skip to 1:19 to see Raynes' howler.

Beat Newcastle United 2-1 tonight with goals from Straker and Trialist A. Newcastle fans are in meltdown. Funny old game.

Fair enough but we did rip you apart in that 4-2 win, so yeah that would have been a shit birthday for you!

As someone else has already said feel sorry for us poor souls for having put up with it during each game! Hoof did well for us getting us out of the conference but was exposed in the league.

This season don't expect us to constantly hoof it anymore but then again us play tippy tappy football. I think Murray will get them to mix it up.

Hold on, since when have you lot been a good footballing side? Quite why you're seemingly turning your nose up at the way Mansfield play I have no idea.

Daggers fans seem to be keeping quiet about the 3-1 defeat to Wealdstone. I only noticed it as Conor Clifford was a triallist for them.

Utterly unexpected result. On Saturday we were well beaten by Harrogate Town and were clearly going to be playing in the conference north within a couple of seasons. It's now clear that we'll have won the league by March. Stand by for an update once we've played Halifax on Saturday.

Bristol Rovers last preseason tomorrow night against WBA. Does anyone else feel like this preseason has felt far, far too long? Be glad to get the bloody thing out of the way and on the proper stuff to be honest.

You said he's a conference defender. My point is he's never been a conference defender.

It doesn't mean he isn't a conference player though, which is my opinion. He's been nicking a living for quite some time. I'm sure Oxford and Mansfield fans will agree.

As it was made up of the youth team, no first team starters played.

Gameblock six completed, and it's Accrington and Luton that continue an assault on the top, opening up a potentially unassailable 5 point gap at the top of the table. York claim the biggest scalp of pre-season, defeating Newcastle whilst it's tight at the bottom with almost half the league still being able to be dragged into a dramatic relegation battle. But will it change when the ratio system is introduced....(Almost definitely).
