Do Oldham have a keeper yet? Looking at their squad on the other thread they seem awfully thin in midfield, and up front I can't see a huge amount of threat.

They'll still beat us at Boundary Park though - that's a given.

Apparently signing Bailey Peacock-Farrell on loan from Leeds for the season - they've rejected bids from Fleetwood and one other club this week.

We're still after a LB, CM and another ST. Apparently the ST we are after will be quite the coup if you believe our forums.

If we can get those 3 positions sorted, I'll be quietly optimistic.

Top half finish for the Cods, we are building a very young squad and like anything worthwhile it takes time to gel. We will be competitive but think the play offs will be a bridge too far.....

I wouldn't be so sure....Bury's last 4 seasons in League 1: 19th, 16th, 22nd, 14th. Your average finishing position is between 17th-18th place..
