Nah i honestly think there is something special happening at the mill it reminds me of the lawrence ,disley ,hassel days bugger it we have been miserable for too long cloughie has found a club with good owners who will give him a free rein ,we are on a roll conks be loud but most of all be proud,plus remember the saying ,ENJOY THE GOOD TIMES

Pretty confident 40 points is enough to stay up, so may as well dip our toe in the water. Still eighth despite two wins in a row, but games played are all over the place and its difficult to say whether that's a true position.
Keep playing like we have been doing in recent times and we will be very difficult to break down and will be looking at the autos.
I suspect there will be a lot of transfer business this week which might have a big outcome on the final positions

To be honest i looked at prevoius tables and thought 4 more points and we can have a real go now after yesterdays win. 52 points definitely keeps you up. Its a normal reaction for all us paupers down here.

I don't know, I wonder if both Reading and Wigan were spoilt by having so many seasons in the Premier League. Both fans must realistically think that they will never reach such heady heights again so why bother?
I don't remember Reading being much bigger than us when they were at Elm Park.

Big 8 days for Ben Squared. I think we realistically need 5 if we are going to have a shout at autos, but i'm hopeful that we should be able to squeak into the play-offs at least. The fact we are so high up based on how the season began is testament to the Chairman and the off-field staff for being able to get a competitive, coherent side onto the grass! Unfortunately due to the embargo, that has meant we needed to bolster the squad with loanees and that's come back to bite us as Crichlow, Simpson and Kessler-Hayden who were all important squad players have been recalled. O'Brien has come in at CB and after a shaky start looks a good footballer. I'm confident given how hard Chorley apparently works behind the scenes that we'll recruit well. 2 in early this week we are led to believe.

by and large he’s been brilliant, couldn’t really ask for more from him in general, he’s made a few daft mistakes but he’s been the best we’ve had since back in the FL
