Terrible result and performance by the sounds of things. Even those with a negative double digit goal difference are finding the net on a more regular basis than us. Can't see where we get the next goal is coming from never mind the next win. We seem to have regressed from a team that will be in amongst the battle to stay up.

We’ll, the ‘dazzler’ has cost the game with those bizarre substitutes.
Looked very good in patches today, but Rodney is garbage, amoo looks good and he takes him off?
Strange.

This is absolute daylight robbery. We should of won this by 6 or 7!

From 2 down absolutely delighted with a point. Much better in the second half.

Late winner for Oldham too. A lot of work to do for Keith Millen.

Chance though for Devine to make the midfield his own. If Devine was going to come into the starting line up then I'd have dropped Mellish anyway even though its a choice between two underperforming centre mids, and maybe Millen would have had Guy not been suspended.

If Bradford fans thought the ref was bad for them, thank the lord you weren't a Northampton fan...

No need no, but when you say about him having a bad attitude and not caring about our survival. Is that how it looked? We've had plenty of great players who definitely cared about the club pick up red cards, how many did Lummy get?
In my view, to go in studs up at such a non critical moment of a game shows a lack of fucks given about our current predicament.

Two poor teams today, lots of fight and spirit but lacking quality in the ends that matter. Both looked nackered at the final whilst, which must be concerning for Tranmere considering we just played 120 mins on Tuesday?

Two points thrown away though, we should have won. Tranmere worked hard for their point and will probably feel like they've deserved it, but we should have scored 4 or 5 goals in truth. Then there was the absolute clearest handball you've seen and the referee doesn't give it - only for Tranmere to go score down the other end, unreal.

We move on and keep our run of decent form going to a tough game away to FGR next week.

Can’t believe we’ve contrived to lose that. Absolutely battered them for long periods against probably the worst side we’ve faced all season by some stretch on the day yet we’ve managed to concede three off set plays!

Absolutely embarrassing from Vale with that much of the game and that’s going to cost us promotion. You can’t afford not to put them to the sword today.

Maybe, but aspects of his game are pretty agricultural anyway. Think that's just Jon Mellish and his lack of situational awareness, don't think it's like he was weighing up what kind of tackle to make and decided he didn't care about the consequences, he'll probably be feeling like a grade A twat in the dressing room right now.

I thought devine played quite well today.

For what it’s worth we were totally outplayed, we offered very little resistance and it was an easy game for FGR who I reckon will be champions.

He's played well since coming back from injury though Exeter was the big test for him. I would expect given he's guaranteed to start again in Mellish's absence and has clearly made an impact on the new manager that that place is now his to lose (unless he gets injured again, which would be a bastard).

Hopefully Millen's focus on controlled possession and playing alongside Devine will make Guy lift his game.

You were unlucky to catch us with our full squad fit and rested, it's a great first XI but we're maybe a bit short of depth in replacements when the winter injuries set in. Edwards has been a real revelation as a rookie manager though, getting a good tune out of them.

We have some awful so called fans on twitter. If the team was as negative as them every game would be 0-0. Shame on them.

I could forgive it if it was a player running down on our goal, or a player was about to cross and he was attempting to defend it. But this was none of that.

Honestly we were playing quite well. Organised, structured and having good possession and plenty of entries into the final third without looking like scoring. There was a chance that we could have picked up a point. That could have done wonders for confidence going into two massive home games. Now after a second half battering and no points, what will morale be like? I do worry as we’re such a mentally weak squad. It could prove to be a pivotal moment today. If we go into these home games looking fragile and don’t get the win we’re craving I feel it could bury us.

Guy played quite well against Barrow I thought, much more like the Guy from last season.

Everybody is at best slightly above average down here in the EFL cellar.

Scunthorpe had a great chance to make it 0-2. Had they scored we'd have more than likely lost the game. However, they didn't and from that moment on we just seemed to power our way through and won the game. If you were a Scunthorpe fan you'd have to be worried because they seemed very lightweight.

We should never have drew that never mind lost, typical Vale. Absolutely battered them second half and we played very well in patches. However, our inability to defend crosses / set pieces is becoming a joke.

It felt like we were so in control at times so to come away with a loss is baffling and worrying.

Good and loud away backing from the travelling Vale faithful.

FGR comfortably the best team we played this season. Jamille Matt was a handful the entire game and bullied our centre backs, wasn’t a coincidence we started growing into the game after he went off.

The sending off was stupid, not necessarily for the impact on this game as the writing was already on the wall but for the game(s) Sterry will miss, coming up in our already tough run.

Have to say though that FGR were masters of the dark arts, time wasting even though were comfortable at 3-0. And I don’t think I’ve seen a team fling themselves to the floor and pretend they are injured as often.

Owner needs to make a decision on a manager soon, scary run of fixtures coming up and I hope this isn’t the start of a slide.

Even, but poor game between two bang average sides. Although I'm not even sure we're that good tbh.

Think that's five straight 1-1 scorelines for us now. Vernam aside, there's no quality in the final third whatsoever.

Can’t disagree with that. I guess I should be pleased considering we haven’t had a striker for about 4 games now in the starting 11.

I think both of us will be up there this year though. Just a bit cutting edge missing from both teams, but lots of desire - play with that much fight and you can never go wrong down here

Shite. 2 wins in 18? Beautiful. Songo'o should be nowhere near this team. Absolute liability. Not even sure what he's doing for ninety minutes. I think if you take Vernam and Cooke out of this team we'd probably be in a relegation scrap.
