First: No one has said you were rubbish - comments vary from 'mid-table' to 'pretty decent'. You were decent - we had an off day and rode our luck a bit.

Second: One of the best goals ever in League Two - hahaha!!! Not even close. You need to watch more League Two football - fortunately you may get the chance next season and thereafter...

I have seen Cambridge be “played off the park” several times since I started going, and luckily I’m grown up enough to be able to know when it’s happened - yesterday was not one of those occasions

Bolton had more of the ball which may have made you *feel* like you had control of the game, but actually did very little with it. A disallowed goal and the actual goal aside - I can’t recall Mitov having too much to do

To me, Bolton look like a team with no clear identity or strategy. If you look at all the signings made over summer, there is absolutely no coherence in their approach. At one end you’ve got vastly experienced, expensive signings like Doyle/Sarcevic, and then at the other end you’ve got guys like the goalkeeper, a kid loaned in from Fleetwood

Picked up the points against Scunny, but pretty scrappy from us, and Scunny were pretty decent in patches, better than I was expecting after their start to the season. I read on here a lot of their players are injured etc, and that was a second string side they put out, but I reckon on that showing they will start to improve. We are really going for it in terms of giving our academy kids a chance this season which is great to see. Looking optimistically towards the Orient match.
