Game over, fucking wank. If the vermin win the treble again, gerrard will be on his way I would think.

Title race all over..
I said that after the Aberdeen game (perhaps not on here but that was my gut feeling). Didn't see the game or record it but from reports we were piss poor 2nd half and once again couldn't hold on to or increase our lead. Fuck knows what is going wrong, especially after a (mainly) great first half of the season but I agree with what Barry Ferguson said in his weekly column...'There are too many who don't have the heart or desire to knuckle down and show it hurts'. League is over in my opinion.

Winter break hasn't helped with the momentum after that win at Celtic which in itself maybe brought some complacency?

Lad is simply a pawn in this case SH...There were adults heard on a video that was doing the rounds.

Yes - I doubt he was the only one doing it!

I know there was a big fuss between the clubs because Sky edited a report according to Celtic of a Rangers player accusing their fans of racism.

I watched the Killie vs Rangers match on Wednesday. What’s up with Steven Gerrard, is he incapable of reorganising his team to deal with the way Killie changed the way they played in the 2nd half? I’m pleased that ex-Bee Alex Dyer is now starting to get results and it will be interesting to see how a reasonable standard NatIona League striker in Kambamba will do in the SPL...

Odd to see Rangers game called off but loads of lower league matches going ahead!

I guess there would be the pressure of a very large crowd attending at Ibrox compared to a few hundred elsewhere.

Anyone help me. I'm only seeing the bottom third of the forum. How do I get rid of the banner which is covering the top two thirds of my screen?

It certainly has not helped...for the 2nd year in a row. I wouldn't imagine it was complacency due to still being in 2nd spot but it can't be ruled out however I doubt if Gerrard would allow that....that just my opinion.

That is the one gripe that Gers fans have with him....I've seen many comments citing that.
Alex Dyer
He was quite scathing about a section of the Kilmarnock fans who were hurling racist abuse at Moreles. Quite ironic actually when you consider the manager of their team is in fact black.
Odd to see Rangers game called off but loads of lower league matches going ahead!
The Ibrox pitch was unplayable on Saturday partly because I'm sure that Central Scotland suffered the brunt of the heavy rain and winds but it has also cut up bad in recent weeks. There is also the possibility (though I haven't checked tbh) that quite a few of the lower league clubs play on plastic pitches.

As for the game on Sunday (rearranged from Saturday)....again it was a terrible day of weather which was never going to allow decent football but 3 points is 3 points and some awful refereeing didn't help.....two goals knocked off for offside....one definitely was onside & the other was helluva tight. But...wait till you hear this.....Rangers had a stone wall penalty (handball) turned down because the ref (who said this to Connor Goldston) was of the opinion that the Livi player didn't mean to do it because of the wind....so I suppose the defender's arm was out just for a stretch.....I mean...WTF ?

For some reason the BBC used some very strange camera angles when showing the disallowed ‘goals’, so it was unclear if the right decision had been made or not. They both looked pretty marginal either way.

Lower division Scottish clubs with plastic pitches include the following: Alloa Athletic, Airdrie, Forfar, Falkirk, Queen of the South, Stenhousemuir, Clyde, Annan Athletic and Montrose. I’m not sure if Cove or Edinburgh City have one. That’s almost 30% of the Scottish Football League.

Recorded the game v Braga and sat down yesterday with a few snifters and watched it. First half I was astounded at the amount of wayward passes Rangers players gave away and a lot of them were when the players were under no pressure....that combined with the movement of the Braga players, gave Rangers a difficult time of it. The Braga goals ? Superb.....But what a difference 2nd half....more belief, more heart and they got their reward courtesy of Ianis Hagi and Joe Aribo. Even though I was only watching on tv the hairs on the back of my neck stood up when I saw the crowd rocking and when they did the 'bouncy'...WOW, what a sight (reminded me of the nights in 92/93 when me and my old man (God rest his soul) were at the games against Marseille & Brugge).....Hopefully get a result next week in Portugal but I'm taking nothing for granted as Braga have shown they can play.

Bread & butter game the morra....away to St Johnstone....keep up the momentum.

From the high of Thursday to the mind numbing low of yesterday. I watched that performance @ MacDiarmid Park seriously, between cursing at the tv, unable to understand how Rangers could put on such a sub standard display. It wasn't as if St Johnstone put any great pressure on us, simply that we could do nothing of a creative measure with the ball. On the bright side, I liked the look of Kamberi who took his goal well. Aribo was anonymous first half and flatters to deceive imo...he is such a frustrating player as is Morelos. And as for the central defensive pair...just not good enough & about time Edmundson was given his chance of a run. Any bear with any kind of notion about winning the league can now in all truth put it in the bin.

League well and truly finished. The last 16 would be a great achievement but it's almost certain rangers wont be winning the Europa league. You have to take your hat off to Neil Lennon this season, a lot thought he would fail but they've been absolutely relentless again. Rangers have to win the Scottish cup or gerrard will be under extreme pressure. Last chance next season to stop 10 in a row.

Looks like Celtic will have to make do with the quadrupal treble. Tough times.

Aye, I was certainly impressed and once again it was like watching a different team. My only criticism was that too often when Braga were attacking, their wide men were not marked close enough giving them plenty of time to surge even further forward. That apart it was a fantastic performance with an attitude I love. Could have been 3 up first half but in all honesty after the first 45 I really felt we could do this! And thanks to wee Ryan Kent we did. Bayern Leverkusen next up.

Sorry ~~~ not meant to be sarcastic. Just disappointed that we've lost a tie when we should have sown it up in the first leg. Good luck to Rangers against Bayer.

Good draw - decent side but beatable ..

I'd put wolves as favourites to win it, I think rangers have a good chance against leverkusen, home draw first I prefer, 3 night trip in leverkusen, cologne and dusseldorf will be a cracker too.

Might as well give it a damn good go now there's nothing else to play for. Was dropping Morelos a bad tactic?

Bit of an over reaction by Gerrard saying he will consider his future?

All teams have a bad spell - does he expect or demand too much?

Clearly has high standards!

No, morelos been garbage too since December, utterly terrible performance yesterday, all over domestically, quadruple treble will happen. Move on to next year to stop 10 in a row.
