You can say that again....pitch invasions, ref pelted with coins, one guy fell from the upper tier, Rangers players pelted with parts of plastic seating when leaving the pitch, supporters buses stoned leaving the area....it was crazy but some party when we got home.

Neil Lennon Finally gone then
Bugger....that's all......

In all seriousness, the man has been on the shoogliest of pegs for quite some time. Majority of Celtic fans will be happy with this news....Gers fans are in mourning.

Almost 3 years ago a fucking idiot of the highest degree who always thought he knew better than everyone else on the forum made some foolish and embarrassing comments about Steven Gerrard and his appointment as manager of Rangers. Anyone know where the idiot fucked off to....a dark cave perhaps, a quacks surgery, a padded cell ? Hmmmm! The idiot stated...

Never mind whether he is a success or not, still being in the job in January would be utterly astonishing - and worthy of praise in itself.
Now how did that work out for Idiot in Chief ?....lol. And....no praise from him please note!

I can see it going all Joey Barton - bragging initially, failing miserably then scuttling off saying it was rubbish anyway.
And this from someone who had his finger on the pulse of Scottish Football.......lol. A know it all who knew absolutely the square root of fuck all.

Just for clarification....I wouldn't normally post anything like this but this idiot never had any inclination to actually debate, as Railway Blues does, and was very openly someone who hated my club for no other reason than 'just because'. I feel better for putting my feelings down in words......lol

What a game, what a performance, what a result in the 2nd (home) leg against Antwerp. A 5-2 victory in a thriller. Morelos and Kent were outstanding but overall it was a great team performance. Slavia Prague in the next round. Onwards and upwards.

Good win at Livingston on Wednesday, with Morelos scoring a late goal in a 0-1 victory on a shit pitch. Think Beaton the ref should attend his sponsor and get his eyesight checked after booking Morelos for diving when it was a blatant stonewall penalty. Four points to. St Mirren at Ibrox tomorrow.

Congratulations Rangers.

Celtic fans will probably be pleased you aren't going to win it on their own patch at least!

Another excellent performance last Saturday beating St Mirren 3-0 without having to get into top gear with 3 fine goals from Kent, Morelos and Hagi. So it all depended on what happened at Tannadice on Sunday. Tbh I expected a lot better from Celtic but wasn't that surprised with the result. Yep, that's title number 55 and what a job Steven Gerrard and his staff have done in adding to and turning around that squad....you can just feel the belief, the togetherness, the will to win even at times it was, as they saying goes, ugly. Let the good times roll. Now we can rock on down to Parkhead on the 21st March with no pressure.

So on to tonight....away to Slavia Prague.....that'll be a hard one but considering some of the teams we have overcome since the qualifiers, group stage and the last round we can go in with heads held high and get a result. C'mon the Rangers!!!

After a right jittery start in Prague and going one goal down within 7 minutes Rangers manged to equalise just before halftime. A decent 2nd half performance when we could have scored a 2nd and a 'world class' save from Alan McGregor meant Rangers going home with a draw but having scored away from home. Return leg in Glasgow on Thursday, we should have a decent chance of reaching the quarters.

Eddie Howe to Celtic?

Be a big job to make sure they compete with Rangers next season.

I feel desparately sad for Celtic as I feel Rangers retained their SPL title last night. Everything about the club is wrong from the board to player recruitment.

Bad news for both clubs being out of the Champions league already .

Won’t help either attract better players.

Furuhashtag looks one of those signings that inspires hope. Rangers have now lost more games than they did all last season and I thought it was all over.

think this season will be a lot tighter than last RB. Still, good to get daylight between ourselves and Celtic after the 1-0 win at Ibrox.

Eduoard has gone. Scored two as a late sub for Palace. They have got a bargain for £14m.

Tbh, I don't think he did himself much of a favour with his attitude. Mind you £14 mill into Celtic's coffers is okay. What's your opinion of the new gaffer and the recent signings. Think they've bought a pup with Starfelt, from what I've seen of him he is dreadful and your Japanese guy is out for around 8 weeks ? Wtf happened there ? Not a great start for Celtic and both them and gers had disappointing results on Sunday.

Celtic paid £12m for Edouard so by the time VAT is paid, (plus aslo agent's fees) it will be a loss. I honestly don't see our Aussie/Greek friend surviving. Celtic are the biggest club in Scotland and deserve better. He only got the gig because his granfather/great grandfather took part in the Irish rising in 1916. Celtic are in a rebuilding phase so I guess he will complete at least 2 of his 3-year contract. I also see that Oliver Ntcham scored for Swansea on Saturday, although I'm not sure if he's a big loss. Christie has also gone.

They might be celebrating retaining it now!

Guess losing Gerrard didn't help and you guys do have European games which Celtic haven't had to contend with so much.

Seems the defence hasn't been as good either whilst a lot of those unknown Celtic signings seem to have worked.

Yes its been a remarkable turnaround. Most fans I know said they'd back Ange, but not many had much faith in him. He's created virtually a new team and they've done it without Furuhashi for a good while. I was disappointed with the broken glass thing.

I have to admit that I was rooting for Rangers v Braga purely as a British thing. Disappointed not to have got to the cup final, but winning the league will be more than compensation.

Games between the old firm ended all square this season with 2 wins each and today'as draw. So the wait for SPL Champs will go on a bit longer.

Title's going to Celtic......we're in the final of the Europa league after a fantastic display against RB Leipzig and 3 days later the Scottish Cup Final against Hearts. Two fantastic days to look forward to.
