Is Seville still standing this morning?
actually I'm surprised and disappointed you had a dig with that RB. But to answer your question....Yes it is....no arrests despite severe provocation from Frankfurt hooligans.

PS...how's Glasgow Cross doing...heard it was.....ahem, a tad busy last Saturday ?.......:cool1:

Yes and from the highlights totally dominated the game.

Commentators even said it looked like Hearts had been the ones who had a long game in mid week.

Berwick 1 Stenhousemuir 1

Had a trip up to Shielfield Park with a couple of mates to watch the mighty 'Gers' play out a decent draw against a team above them in the league in a club friendly.

It was a decent game to watch with Stenhousemuir having the majority of the play especially in the first half. The second half Berwick took the lead with a great goal from Baker! I thought Berwick were slightly unfortunate not to hang on to that lead, free header from Orr in the last five minutes denied them of a victory against a good Stenhousemuir side.

Attendance about 150-200!

Well that was a game of two halves on Tuesday.....excellent first half then downhill 2nd 45. Could/should have come out with a win but that defence again. Mind you our 2nd was thanks to a howler by the PSV keeper Benitez....lol.....schoolboy error. Anyway, all to play for next week. Hopefully a stronger 90 minutes. C'Mon the Gers!

After an excellent display in Holland to progress to the CL group stage a couple of weeks ago our next big game was yesterday at Parkhead against Celtic. I was concerned about this game because Celtic have been going great guns and in all honesty being playing really good. I've been screaming out since GVB became our manager about our style of play being too slow, obvious & trying to bore the opposition to sleep....and this playing out from the back ? Well we got caught out BIG TIME yesterday doing this...it is a recipe for disaster and so it proved. As for the game, we were torn a new one....totally dominated by a team full of confidence and scoring goals for fun. I have no complaints regards the result, it was fully deserved. My only complaint is that Celtic permitted a blatant Pro IRA banner to be hoisted by the green brigade...SCUM!

and is that Jotta honouring it ?

No problem with the IRA stuff to be honest, but as a Zionist I wish they would remove the terrorist flag. They are giving Celtic a bad name and getting fines. Celtic have been a good home for players like Bitton and Abada and other Jewish players.

Looking for better things from him mate. He was highly spoken of when he was here with Gerrard and tbh I have liked what I have read about his plans for coaching and style of play. I won't judge him on the rest of this season although a cup would be nice as I can't see us clawing back the lead Celtic have atm. I'm prepared to wait and se how he does next season. Hopefully he will get full backing from the board to bring in HIS players.

good win last Wednesday 302 at home against Hibs. A VERY unconvincing first 45 but a big difference 2nd half. Watched the Aberdeen v Celtic game yesterday...deserved win by Celtic but I wasn't struck by their performance....mediocre to say the least. Having said that Aberdeen were disgraceful in their approach, only content in trying to hit on the break....................AT HOME ? And Goodwin their manager tried to justify that ? Nah, not having that!

Yes it was literally defence in their own area v attack all game.

Guess they will say it almost worked.

But they have ambition of being the 3rd best club in Scotland, they want to be up there challenging but playing like that AT HOME is cheating their fans imo irrespective who they are playing. Anyway we went up there last Tuesday and despite going ahead we allowed them to firstly equalise then go in front. To be honest for the majority of the game we were shit but tbf after Arfield came on our attitude changed and we showed great resolve to score twice in tao to win. Fuck Aberdeen & Jim Goodwin.

Yes Beale has started well and all you can do is put some pressure on Celtic and hope they someone drop points.

I guess it does show the big gap between the top 2 and rest sadly that a 3rd place team were so negative.

Another poor performance last Friday night in Dingwall but leaving with 3 points in the bag thanks to a goal by John Lundstram. Aberdeen on the Tuesday away then Ross County on the Friday away and just before Christmas ? Gies a brek. Anyway, home game against Motherwell the night and Celtic at Ibrox on the 2nd.....this will be a telling one, see how many of these guys want this.....Beale better get them fired the fuck up because if we perform like we have recently Celtic will do us.

Rangers had to win that one - they were very close to after a strong 2nd half but Celtic clinical at the end .

Beale must have said something because we were red rotten first half. 2nd 45 a lot lot better and deservedly went 2-1 in front but spurned chances to put the game to bed and by fuck we paid for it. I'm certainly happier that we are playing with a bit more positivity under Beale but we need 2 or 3 better players. I'm still not sure about Tillman....loses concentration far too easily....Kamara and Morelos can fuck right off and they can take Barasic with them. This will be McGregor's last season I'd think so we need a top class keeper. We paid around £4 mill for Yilmaz the young Turkish left back and he's hardly been played....strange. Anyway, under Beale 5 games and 13 points....not bad so far.

Another 3 points at Tannadice last Sunday but once again a fucking shambles of an opening 45 minutes. Whatever Beale is saying to them at halftime I wish he'd tell them before the first half begins because the second half was far better for the main part....excellent goals from both Tillman and Sakala. Didn't help in the league position as Celtic still remain top nine points ahead and don't look like dropping many points.

Do most refs really support Rangers and actually take charge or is it just a claim made by Celtic fans to justify their allegations Rangers get all the favorable decisions?

Maybe someone needs to look at where they are getting the officials from if so.

Down here refs aren't allowed to take charge of games for any any club they have supported or had connections to.

One ref even got prevented form doing one team as he went to a couple of their games just as a local football fan.

Yes Kyogo did zilch for most of the game but in the right place at the right time. Not good enough for the Japanese WC squad though. Don't get that!

The only ref in Scotland that I am aware of as being a supposed Gers fan is John Beaton. There are several well known Celtic fans Collum, Clancy, Walsh, Robertson. I say that from knowledge I've gleaned from reading other articles. Personally I neither know nor care. Celtic fans and the club are known by the mantra...'Always cheated, never defeated. They simply refuse to accept that they can be beaten fairly. They have complained to our authorities about VAR decisions going against them but ignore decisions that have gone for them when they shouldn't. If you can you tube the game against Kilmarnock yesterday VAR and the ref should have given a penalty to Killie....but it/he didn't.

Yes heard about that .

Really we all get decisions for and against us .

Maybe need to look at the standard of officials regardless of who they support .

I honestly don't think we need to do that....supporters in every country no doubt whinge about ref performances. Actual truly seemingly deliberate incorrect decisions are few and far between. I am of the opinion that human beings are not infallible either in decision making or emotionally....and it these same people who are in charge of VAR. For clarification I would prefer if they binned VAR and went back to ref decisions only.

Yes - VAR just leads to more debate and confusion if anything and anger at more people as fans still don't like the decisions made or the time taken out of the games.

Also not knowing what is going on.

Semi of the League cup on Sunday past against Aberdeen was a huff and puff affair. Aberdeen deservedly went ahead against a lethargic looking Rangers once again and has been done almost every game since Beale became manager the 2nd half was a much better affair with Ryan Jack grabbing the equaliser and showing the sheep that their boos do not affect him. Anyway, a few subs and into extra time with a great run and cut back from Scott Wright to Kemar Roofe resulted in the winner 2-1 to Rangers and a meeting with Celtic in the final 26th February where we certainly need to pull our socks up.

The match against Celtic will be epic. But isn't it on 18th Feb? Anyway you are right - we need to step up in this game.

Jim Goodwin is probably still lucky to be in a job at Aberdeen - be a disaster for him/them in recent weeks.

Well done to Darvel though - outstanding performance and win.

Still not playing as well as we should be albeit getting the three points and into the next round of the Scottish Cup. Two signings in the window Cantwell and Raskin, both midfielders. personally I'd have loved to have see a move for Nisbet from Hibs but wasn't to be. Hopefully Beale is fully backed by the board during this coming close season.

No, 26th mate. We're away to Livi on 18th.
