Hopefully this game is delayed for 6 months as i am not sure the forum will be able to cope with the brizzle swindon thread that'll follow.
The last one seemed to run forever and has to win the most tedious thread of the year award.

As for saturday i dont see us winning only because when we have had long breaks like this earlier in the season we haven't performed well. Although at least we didn't go to spain which seems like a recipe for shitness. Both us and peterboro went and came back playing crap.

I am thinking a most unhelpful all round 1-1

Well we clearly have history...

1 relegation, 4 play-off semi-finals, a League Two title, JPT trophy, and it's not a title or anything like that but smashing a host of Premiership sides including the biggest club in the world four fucking nil (did I mention that?).

I would guess that there are a number of lower league clubs who would like to have our history from the past 10 years (maybe not the relegation).

Injuries have killed our season every year since we got back to League One

Being serious, it is another huge blow but we should be able to cover him, I guess this is why we brought in Rob Hall from Bolton Wanderers the other day.

Is a blow, but he needs a rest in any case. Plus if it's Powell Vs Stephens again my concern will be reduced slightly.

Yeah true. We do have some handy options who can play on the wing even without Baker - Powell, Hall, Bowditch, Green, Carruthers and even Cole if needs be (I reckon he would be more effective there if he is only playing because of his pace).

TBH, there would be an 11 page thread no matter who were playing Saturday if the importance of the game was the same.

Surely, the main point of forums is baiting the opposition - most of which is fairly good natured, despite some of the neanderthal content at times - and I'm as guilty as others in that!
