I don't know what went on at the start of the season but I'm afraid that Ajose epitomised everything that has been wrong for us this season. I'm glad to see him turn it around with Charlton ... It's just a shame that his third spell with us was so disappointing.

Is Zeli Ismail's contract expiring at the end of the season or is he under contract? I'd love him back at Walsall but I imagine we'd only get him back realistically if it was on a free, even then with a new manager in Dean Keates we may not even go for him, though he's highly rated by everyone else at the club.

What he didn’t mention was the fact the majority of the season the players were paid late and in the last 2 months not at all. They have had to take there salaries in drubs and drabs. So I suggest that has a lot to do with the poor season we have had along with injuries to key players, some of the injuries career threatening. He chose wrong on all his managers Lowe included. He obviously signed the players he has questioned and he’s let them all down. He’d be no loss if he quit as chairman.
