Thought he was average in his last spell and that was 3 years ago now.

He had a good solid season last time and was unfairly released by Flitcroft. However I don't want him back. I'll believe it when I see it anyway.

Having thought about it and after reading a couple of encouraging messages from friends, I am quite happy to change my mind on this, I get the 'underwhelmed' notion but he isn't going to be our only signing of the summer.
People want committed players playing for the shirt and less hollywood esque spending, Adams ticks those boxes.
That idiot Flitcroft demonstrated why he is such a joke by releasing him after promotion in 2015 then complained about not having players available through injury. Adams would have offered a lot of cover in different areas had the joke not released him.
I just hope we don't sign another ten 30 something players though.

I know it would be a small squad but I think a bit of togetherness is what we need especially with Lowe being new to the managerial role. Use our youth lads as much as we can alongside players who actually want to play for us and don’t cost a fortune. That’s what id do anyway.

Summer of 2009 Bury looked at a cb playing for Radcliffe Borough, Craig Dawson he was called. We didn't rate him good enough either. Dale signed him shortly after and the rest is history.
Carsten Janker once failed a trial at Luton, before he was a German international playing for Bayern Munich.

Ignoring the dross Burberry will post (he isn't even a proper Bury fan). But I am not saying this signing will work, it may not. But I'd rather us take the none league approach than signing big name egos as has been the case every year since Day arrived. He has two experienced strikers around him in Dagnall and Beckford and an ex striker as a manager.

Nonsense, most of us get on with each other just not with Burberry, though he isn't a Bury supporter so doesn't really count. We also seem to take issue with UTS being a tad over dramatic and getting upset very easily. However I am currently supporting him in his argument with Burberry.

If you remember TFF more accurately you will remember a regular, hilarious bunch of Bury supporters who, amongst many other things, were united in their love of yours truly. (King Kev)
