Didn't most of the Carlisle contingent spend most of pressure season telling anyone who'd listen that Nicky Adams and Devitt were the final pieces to the Curle master plan?

Adams lived up to his expectations but Devitt didn't. Such a shame.

I agree that over the season they are the best three teams, and in the order you have them. That said I am not yet 100 per cent sure that Pompey will be an automatic. If we beat them on Good Friday that could cause major ripples of nervousness on the south coast. Especially if other results go against them. If they wobble at home, as they have a few times this season, they could still be caught. Though mathmatically possible, I cannot see either of us being overtaken from anyone in the pack below Pompey.
