There's players out there , it just means taking risks which selectors won't do . Carberry has had a great big bash , rashid has got something about him , luke Wright , trego and tymal mills are all Mavericks that offer something different but it would take a very brave or mad selector to include them .

Tymal Mills is talented but has done nothing yet. I like Luke Wright but he has had countless opportunities to show that he can transfer his occasional ridiculous domestic innings in to anything for England and he just isn't good enough. If TR Ego ever plays for England, I will despair.

I'd say that Luke Wright has never been given the support to go out and play his game in an england shirt . In one game out the next which isn't conduicive to a pinch hitter . Tymal mills would have played odis by now for any other nation and sadly tregos time has probably passed but is still one of the best one day bangers in the English game .

Mills' time will come, use to see him quite a bit at Loughborough Uni when I was there down at the Performance Centre - along with Rankin, Brooks, Shahzad, Woakes, Plunkett, Chambers, Meaker (so that EPP they have for seamers down there is really working...).

Maxwell looks to be going well now. It all depends on our middle order really, if two of Ballance, Root, Butler and Taylor put on a good partnership then it's doable. I think Taylor could be key so far down the order, which is why I wanted him in for Bopara. Bell and Ali have to come out and get that run rate up quickly but I don't think they are capable of it.
