Tyrone Mings has completed his first days of full contact fully fledged training with the squad since his injury a year ago, 6 minutes into his debut.

He's been doing lower contact fitness and kick around stuff with the squad since July to give him something akin to a full pre-season, but finally he's back playing actual proper football again.

Howe is "really impressed" and "excited for his future" having watched his progress (hardly going to say anything else though). Expected to appear in the side next month. That would put his return at 13 months ahead of the initially feared 18 months
