With that team and budget he should be winning the league! If he had missed the autos it would have been a failure.
Tisdale is a reasonable manager at this level, he knows how to get out of L2 and will be ok in L1. He gets found out against the better L1 and Championship sides though. Milton Keynes will need someone else at the helm if they want to get into the Championship.

We would have won it (or come very close) had we not had such horrendous luck with injuries to five key players, including four defenders who had helped us have the second best defence in the top four tiers during the first half of the season.

You're right though, Tisdale is a proven capable L2 manager, it's whether he can take the step up with this squad and budget, I have a few doubts myself. Hope he proves me wrong and we're up there again next year.

Think their pitch definitely gives them more of a home advantage than usual, but think they would struggle on a big Wembley pitch.

If I had to bet I'd say Mansfield. Reckon they'll pull themselves together, too many good players in that team not to make a good go of it.

He's got to be better than some of the bizarre choices for manager we have made since Karl Robinson. Neilson, Micciche & Millen were diabolical.
