Can't say I've been impressed at all with them. Like you say, the midfield is pretty non-existant, and up front they're hardly going to panic too many teams in League One should they make it. Even Cuthbert who used to be a decent centre half now just thinks he's a wrestler instead. Blackpool deserve the advantage.

Thought Blackpool deserved that in my completely biased opinion. Luton didn't create enough and seemed to panic whenever the ball was in their area.

There were some weird refereeing decisions throughout but the penalty was definitely right.

Dont get to see us play too often...................thank the Lord if thats the standard. Awful. No midfield at all. Defense looked panicked whole game with no contro,l goalkeeper shaky, strikeforce couldnt hold it up. One spell when we played football tore them apart rest of the time just hoofed it. Game on for Thursday and Blackpool may live to regret their bizarre decision to declare after getting the third goal. Luton were there for the taking at that point but Blackpool bottled it and decided to stick with a one goal lead with 90 minutes left.

Yes, the lino had a mare, particularly for Watkins' goal but we missed so many guilt edged chances. That Harley miss was excruciating and Taylor should have hit the target at the death.

When we went to the back 3 Carlisle murdered us so we must stick to a back 4 on Thursday. Neither team can defend though so expect goals in the next game.

Fair play to the 560 or so City fans to make the trip...top effort and safe journey home.

At least, Cuthbert was doing it every single time they had a set piece. Conceded one penalty against us for it this season and was doing it constantly in those games too, surprised he doesn't concede one every week.

What we've seen of Exeter this season is that they're all style no bottle and that's what makes me confident, I don't think they have the genitals to fight for a win in a tight encounter.

It changed the game and we looked like scoring a few, but at the same time we'd gone so gung-ho that we'd left our trousers down to be raped on the counter attack and we so very nearly were.

Piss poor goalkeeping from Gillespie again is what nearly cost us that match, he made the error in a crucial period of the game.

Wouldn't be surprised if the second leg ends up 4-4 and it goes to pens.
