We had 14 minutes of injury time against Morecambe
How much was added on though? I mean when the ref says 5 mins or something they usually stick to it no matter what from what I’ve seen this season despite time wasting. Assume 14 mins is because of an injury or something?

Wow. Crazy how much the ref allowed over the added time. Not seen a ref do that all season even with time wasting. P’boro will be fuming
To be fair it was about right as there were a couple of stoppages for cramp, fair bit for the Sheff Weds lad on 90 minutes.

Posh only have themselves to blame, dire game management and at no point have they changed their passing for passing sake to try and dig their way through.

That was pretty funny, absolute crumble job. Peterborough would get destroyed in the Championship based on how they deal with height and good deliveries.

Agree completely with that. Hard to stop Wednesday with the momentum, but they didnt even adapt to try.

Fair play to Sheff Wed for turning this into a contest. We know Peterboro concede goals, but I don't think the most optimistic Sheff Wed fan would have predicted this.

You watch Sheff Wed score to take it to ET, and Peterboro go and scrape through ..

Kind of knew that might happen but no away goals of course.

Just epic.

Think they'll be too good for either Barnsley or Bolton regardless, but even more so now with this momentum. They've saved their season, likely Championship bound afterall.

I've been a big critic of Wednesday. I thought they were poor both times they played us (but found a way to win), but they were superb tonight and fought for every ball. I thought they were dead and buried after the first game.

Conversely, what the fuck was that performance from Peterborough? Absolutely abysmal.

Phenomenal, the comeback of all times. Really pleased for Darren Moore, this will be a pub quiz question down the line !

Why cant they let the players just celebrate after winning a game like that? Give them some time to enjoy it before sticking a mic in their face!

Absolutely mental. But for me it was far more about Peterborough being absolutely fucking feckless than the Wendys being decent, as much as they plugged away, which they were bound to. I have no idea how to describe their tactics, particularly in the 2nd half. Negative doesn't even begin to describe it. Got what they deserved

I’d quite like it to be on Question of Sport at one point.

“Who are the biggest bunch of choking c*** in playoff history?”

Oh Posh, such a shame.

Unreal effort, arguably the extra time come back was better as they looked dead on their feet at 4-1.

As said it’s not pretty they don’t play pretty football but the bombardment was too much for Posh who just totally lacked any nous at all.

Be tough for Posh to bounce back from that next season especially if they lose a couple of their key men.

I managed to catch it from 70mins onwards, that Peterborough performance from what I saw was shocking.

Fair play Wednesday - I think its written for them to go up after that..............

Can we get the authorities to check that this wasn’t just Barry Fry getting his boys to throw the game against the odds in exchange for some nice fat brown envelopes?

Congrats Wednesday, to keep going and pull back 4 goals, and to then get another 1 after Posh got back in front shows proper spirit.

Norburn’s pen was amusing, proper rushed hit and hope stuff.

Norburn used to always take penalties like that when he played for us. Would be facing the other way and then just do a 360 u-turn and blast the ball as hard as he can. Tbh… I don’t think he ever missed a penalty for us either and must’ve took almost double figures.
