Based on no scientific approach whatsoever- I fancy a Sheff Wednesday v Bolton final with the winner been the trotters 2-1 AET.

Coventry to win the championship
Salford to win league 2.

As my accumulators are so bad each week this is likely to be 100% wrong.

I think it stands to reason that it’s in all other teams best interests that Wednesday are not in this division next season. Obviously I know the other playoff teams won’t agree with that.

I do have a sneaky feeling for Barnsley though overall.

Anyone but Peterborough please, just based on the fact they'd likely be the weakest opposition next season. They can't keep hold of Clarke-Harris too much longer, can they? And they've got that suspended points deduction hanging over their heads, too?

I'd fancy Wednesday, Barnsley and Bolton to make a strong challenge for the autos next season. Not so sure if Posh could.

I actually have put Stoke on my acca many times and they always let me down. I go for both teams to score, 9 games. Stoke always fuck me over. So now I don’t bother. That and they are shite. There is a moron in our village who wears a Stoke top. I did ask him in the coop if he was wearing it for a bet. He didn’t see the funny side.

I do think Wednesday definitely need an overhaul next season. Lots of experience but ran out of steam. Oldest average squad in the division and it shows.

Absolute fisting that, second half at times Posh were toying with them, Flint just looks a carthorse.

Wednesday just looked slow and laboured. Can’t see them turning this around as they’ll have to really go for it next week and that will play right into Posh’s hands on the break with their pace.

There’s very little chance of it but best Wednesday can hope for now is an early goal in the second leg and hope there’s a bit of panic set in. That’s clutching the thinnest of straws though. Peterborough just had more legs all over the pitch and made Wednesday look dare I say it old in comparison.
