Out of interest, who's still getting parachute money? Newcastle, Norwich, Villa, QPR, Fulham and Cardiff? With Sunderland heading down, for anyone not in receipt of the parachute payments, it makes things really difficult. Imagine if Newcastle cock up and Brighton go up with Huddersfield?

"We are less concerned about timescales than we are about getting things right. Of course we would like to achieve this sooner rather than later.

As much as McLaren is truly pathetic I feel your main issue is having overated footballers who you will be paying fortunes too who are more than happy taking their money home without actually trying to achieve something at the club. A big clear out is what you need.
