Noooooo you can't end it like that!!!!

I hope it's Eugene or Abraham (doubt the latter as they showed his face not long before). Please don't be Glenn. He can't survive that ridiculous situation, and then die here surely...

It'll be Eugene surely. Good to see Trevor off GTA in it though.

I thought the same thing

lol, I wonder who made the final decision on that cliffhanger ending and thought it was a good way to finish the season. "Viewers will find it totally thrilling and not at all annoying af, I'm sure". What rubbish.

Carol is apparently carrying some transponder tracking device judging by how Morgan is able to find him.

The same seemed to apply to Rick & co., I certainly never knew you find people in a dark forest just like that. I also found the whole "we've been killing or at least trying to kill scores of each other lately, but now we'll just stand each other off in the middle of different roads for a few times" thing quite odd.

And the Saviors, I just find them a really boring and one-dimensional evil. Maybe it's me, but this show doesn't feel that much like a zombie apocalypse survival story any more. The only survival thing now seems to be Rick's people against different one-dimensional and clearly evil groups. First the Wolves - which were a bit of a no-show - and now the Saviors.

And that being the case, it feels like an easy decision to stop watching this show.

if only they had explored the character of the man who did that, if only they made him a sociopath and a retired professional torturer that might have served to explain it somewhat
If it had been just him, but it was all of them. And they all were fine with it.

Yeah the wolves thing was all a bit pointless really wasn't it? Much like the people from Terminus. Or the hospital. They've all been a bit flash in the pan compared to the Governor and Woodbury.

Walkers never arrive to spoil things when the Saviors are around either, which is handy. The safest time is when someone from the Saviors is making a grand speech in front of lots of people in the woods so I think Rick's lot should stay with them anyway.

Good, the zombies are the worst thing about the show.

Give me Mad Max style savagery any day.

Caps off a disappointing half-season. I was really liking where they were taking the show in S5 but that and the Glenn stupid cliffhanger cop-outs is really making me lose interest. I mean, I'll still watch it but what a load of shite. And the terrible blood effects for two episodes running that look like something from a PS2 game.

I don't know if you read the comics but to me it just seems like in the TV series they have really rushed this second half of S6 to get to Negan, there is so much that goes on in the comics after the walkers attack Alexndria but they've rushed it too much for my liking.

Carl got shot in the eye and it seems to them now like it never happened and them Hilltop people have only been on once, plus those 2 episodes where they kill all them saviours at that outpost and then when Maggie and Carol get captured are pretty poor imo.

And yeah I know what you mean about the blood effects but that's not the main issue.

Average season overall but the finale was excellent. The tension in the closing moments was quite unnerving, Negan has potential to be a great villain.

I hope it's Carl who gets his head caved in.

Cant be Carl cos he tells one of his henchman to take his other eye out if he moves. Wouldnt be much point in that if he were caving his head in.
All I can say is that its a good job the priest or Morgan werent there. We'd probably have had a twofer.

I think they've already wasted the moment whoever it is. It could have been truly shocking and graphic but now we've already imagined worse than whatever they'll now show in our head, and it's just a case of waiting to see who it was.

Great finale, although I felt as if I was killed on Goldeneye on N64 with the blood dripping on the screen...

in the dubbed german version they gave the person a gender, so it will be a male.

we know it wont be Rick or his son.
he wants to shave Abrahams beard
it wont be Glenn as he gave him a second chance

so its up to Daryl and Eugene.

he was surprised that the person survived his first hit, which should rules out Daryl.

and the winner is:

Eugene!

In the graphic novels, it's Glenn who gets it. It'll be interesting to see if they follow that.

I think TWD deserves to be on a better TV station with a better TV writer. It needs to be on a TV station which will allow the F word and not be scared to kill main characters off because AMC is cowardly.

S6 finale and no main character was killed. What a shan!

Characters like Eugene and Abraham are shit characters because they're played by shit actors, hope Negan kills them off.

I can't stand Abraham because he just seems so fake, his hair is obviously dyed and his mustache looks fake and he's a bad actor

Based on what? I reeeeeeeeally doubt the translator has got the inside info when apparently the actors don't even know yet who was killed.
i am pretty sure they already know which voice needs a renewed contract for season 7 and which not

I'm pretty sure that the actual TV actor would be higher up the pecking order than some random German voice actor.
and i am pretty sure the actor already knows it, apart from the bullshit they are talking about in the press

Oh yeah, I've not had a moan about TWD on here yet.

For focks sake, The Walking Dead.

Ok, so you get the shows god damn "wed redding" event, basically. The part of the comic books where, for the first time really, the group are completely humbled and brought to their knees (literally, in fact) and it's punctuated by that beating given by Negan. The group has looked in trouble before, but never so entirely hopeless (Well actually, on the show they're never really hopeless as they'll usually bullshit their way out of it one way or another)... it's the main scene of the 100th issue of the comic book. So basically, it's a big deal and was a moment that us comic book nerds have waited to see happen for a long, long time.

SO WHAT THE FUCK.

Fade to black? Gerrof you cheap bastards. They managed to completely botch one of the most iconic scenes. Way to go.

And it perhaps wouldn't suck so much if they didn't do it so often. Such as the GOD DAMN EPISODE BEFORE IT, with Daryl being randomly shot at the end. Or like with the Glenn fake out shit. God damn it this show pisses me off at times.

Saying that, I swear I do still like it  Honestly, I do. Also, what the fuck you guys? How the hell do I seem to be seeing hatred for Eugene on here? He's fucking hilarious. Fuck off.

I know I'm repeating myself but FTWD really is just the TV equivalent of a B movie. The production quality, the writing and the cast are all Syfy-level. This show does not do the franchise justice at all. The only character I don't want to die are the shifty guy I'm supposed to distrust and the smack head. The rest are about as interesting as Judith.
