Let me know what it's like. I'm tempted by it but was so let down by The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, I'm not sure I can play another deep, plodding game at the moment.
I'm loving it Lee, only played about an hour so far, but it's stunning, the narrative is excellent, and there's just a strange foreboding presence all around. I held off buying Ethan Carter in the end as I knew this was coming out not long after.
Glad I did now.

Only need to catch 6 Master Tonberry and 1 Varuna and I will have 10 of every monster, unfortunately, the Tonberries especially don't want to come and play.

I am currently playing F1 2015. Has anyone ever owned a steering wheel? I am debating buying one, but they are around £80.

The game itself is pretty good. Very annoying when you have to let someone past and they just stay behind you, wrecking your race. And, so far anyway as relatively new, it seems impossible being in the wet without full traction control.

Decided to give the Batman games a go. Completed Arkham Asylum and for a 2009 game, it was excellent. Just started Arkham City and it looks like it's going to build upon what AA started which is good. I imagine now I have a PS4 I'll buy Arkham Knight once I'm done with City.

So in anticipation for Metal Gear Solid V (only 2 and a half weeks away!) I thought I ought to get around to replaying MGS 4 and then check out Peace Walker before it comes out as well. No such luck... it seems that my PS3 controller, in the short time that it's been stored away since getting my PS4, is now fucked as it can't go up or down on the left analogue stick. FUUUUUU....

So... I'm now in a state where I'm going to end up buying a fucking controller that is pretty much not going to be used for much else. Fuck it.

Actually, I say that... but besides MGS4 and Peace Walker, I still have FFX-2 HD to play... and Jak and Daxter 2 and 3 are still on there. And fuck me, I only ever played through Uncharted 3 the one time. So cock it. I guess it won't suck buying a new one of them after all.

Met the King of Beggars in Novigrad. Also cleaned up a few of the activities on the world map; Been trying to find some treasure sidequests in hopes of finding new gear for Geralt.

Assassins Creed Unity

An early birthday gift. I didn't play too much last night. Just escaped from the prison, had a quick conversation with Elise and now I'm in Paris, I think. Lovely visuals, seems like an interesting setting from the little time I've spent wandering and climbing.

Rayman Origins
Fancied playing a platform game and decided to have an hour or so on this. Bought this last year and finished most of the levels but ended up losing a little interest. Looks beautiful on the Vita and has some pretty nice music.

I'm glad I did it just for the story, but Peace Walker is hardly worth the effort IMO

Anyways....
Almost finished Witcher 3 but 2 of the Witcher contracts I wanted to finish are bugged and I can't complete them and for the time being I CBA

I got the Logitech G27 set up on a Wheelstand Pro off of Ebay. It takes a while to get used to so expect it to take some time before you even get close to your standard controller lap times, but it more than makes up for it from all that it adds to the experience. Especially if like me you have an appreciation for the art of racing :bg1:

I can't get over the fact of no David Hayter, I will consider it but not on the top of my list.

I am currently playing;

Rocket League

Its ruined pro clubs on FIFA for me, nothing makes me angry or frustrated about this game, ended up playing with Rufus Hound of all people.

Witcher

I got to the end of the Baron's missions, I haven't touched it since.

Walking Dead

Season 1 - Glitched after I get the battery, need to get around that somehow.

I really want to get back to Destiny, the lack of Raid removed all interest for me.

Witcher 3

just completed the Barons missions, then decided to help him find his wife which no doubt means i have to fight the Crones, although the quest is level 9 so can't be too bad, i'm level 8 atm, will probably go when i'm level 10

I just love this game, so huge, i'm going around just doing random stuff like finding tresure and monster nests etc

I'm so tempted to get this, I've been determined to wait until it falls in price but don't think I can wait.

How does it hold up in comparison to Dragon Age:Inquisition Kev, which I have set as my benchmark now for these sort of games??

it's very good, but i've played the 2 previous installments on PC, it's not vital you play the previous 2 but it does give you more of an insight into Geralt as a main character, it's a huge RPG

it's main downfall although not too bad, is it's combat system

it's the same kind of Dragon age RPG, in that it's more and adults themed game, sex, swearing, nudity etc

visually stunning and superior to DA

Get it!
Seriously, I didn't enjoy it too much until I got to like level 12 and after that it seemed to open up and I was hooked.
GOTY for me for now...

ffs a dilemma! Boomerang have sent me Batman Arkham Knight but i'm still near the beginning of Witcher 3

is Batman worth dropping a huge RPG for a few days/weeks?

then Until Dawn comes, out followed by NFL 16, jesus it's hard times being a gamer

If I was lucky enough to be K-Mac I would stick with Witcher 3, unless you OWN that game?? If so, switch to the rentals then go back to Witcher at your own leisure after playing Arkham Knight, clearing it and then inevitably having a quick look at Until Dawn, swooning at it's magnificence and being unable to stop playing it....

Geralt, a patient man. Que???
