But then it was summer and I was living in Spain, had it set for 10am, and five days out of seven would roll out my bed and onto the balcony to catch some morning rays while eating melon and reading.

Happened to me quite a few times. Started drinking during the 1245 kick-off and downed lots of beers but was too drunk, got to bed at 6 and woke up at 2am unable to get back to sleep. Ah youth.

I'm best man at a wedding in Ohrid, Macedonia in June. That involves an 8 hour flight to Skopje followed immediately by a 2 1/2 hour drive. This will be the day before the wedding and I'll likely be travelling alone.
