How you doing mate ? I've been using a vapouriser for the past couple of years and gradually cut down the ciggies. My last smoke was in May so that's me into my 5th month without actual ciggies. It certainly is easier with me not working now plus still using the vapouriser but could still go a fag at certain times. Wishing you all the best in your efforts Monkey.
