PORK? The king of meats, in the 'hate' thread? for shame! But yea with pork you can't overcook it as it goes dry as a nuns flaps. Not mega easy to get just rightPork. I'm assuming it was a tad undercooked, none of it was pink or anything but I think it could have done with another 15 minutes or something.
