Grown adults who call their parents Mummy and Daddy.

My daughter moved from Daddy to Dad when she was three! Unless she wants something.

Yeah, plenty. Like I said I've never heard an adult refer to their mum as anything other than mum or mother when being formal. I've heard little children say "mam" or "mammy" and plenty of Americans use "mom".
