It's not a national, that's NATIONAL, as in supposedly of interest to the 80% + of the population who couldn't give a shiny shite about Londoners having to walk for a bit.

But it's not just Londoners, that's the point.

Anyway, not going to argue. You hate it, I think it's something that deserves to be reported, let's leave it there.

Wondering how many times it'll take some people to realise that when I tell them I don't get any mobile phone coverage at home, it means that I don't get any mobile phone coverage at home. It doesn't mean that I do get mobile coverage at home, so if you send me multiple text and answer messages, I'm only going to get them next time I'm at the top of the hill. Hence why I say that I don't get any mobile coverage at home.

And it doesn't mean that I'll go out and walk to the top of the hill once every hour just in case you've tried to contact me.

People I've told several times that they should contact me by either landline or email still do it. People I've told this to multiple times over the course of years still do it.

I have a landline. It contains 11 digits, just like a mobile phone number. You dial it in just like a mobile phone number. I've given it to you, and it's more likely to get a response as you may have found, so try using it.

The concept of not getting mobile phone signal seems to be like convincing someone you have kippers for feet or that your godfather is a cowbell.

I do appreciate not having a phone signal at home. I've never had my tea in the lounge at night and been divided between my phone and the TV/whatever else. I don't have people I work with on social media and I'm not gonna be expected to czech my emails as assiduously as I would text messages, so I'm not 100% enslaved by gadgets and I value that. Plus when I'm out of the house for things other than work, there's no particular onus for me to be looking at a screen every half hour. That's how I like it, it'll suck if I ever do get signal at home, and it's only a shame some people can't comprehend that.

You can get an app so that you make calls via your wifi.

But as I am on the hate thread, I hate Three wifi app. This means you can call via wifi. To register it, you need to access it via 3g or higher. But I dont have signal to do it! I have to be in a certain point in the house, stand there, then I finally register. Then, after 2 weeks, I have to re register! Ball ache.
