Agreed. Christmas cards are even worse. The most pointless thing ever. In this day and age, there is no need for them when you can just text/email/ring the person saying Happy Birthday/Merry Christmas/Any other pointless day you could get a card for.

I get this too. There's always inside jokes which I never get and as soon as they say Game of Thrones, I switch off. Can't be bothered to watch it coz I hate fantasy shit.
