Josh Koroma and Marvin Ekpetita have alot more potential to play in the Championship than Bonne.

As good as Bonne has been for us, playing for the likes of Leeds and Norwich in the Championship is probably a bit too far for him. He could play for a Rotherham or a Millwall though IMO.

Agreed regarding josh and Marvin. With Bonne, ideal scenario would be he stays with us the rest of the season, bangs in another 10+ goals and we sell him on for a good fee. Although we may get more for him in jan from someone desperate for some goals.

Can't see it happening myself, but last month, a couple of people were suggesting there were murmurs of Salford being in for Matt Green.

Seen it mentioned that Salford are lining up a 75k bid for Ashley Nadesan.

Josh Wright wasn't in the Bradford team at the weekend and watched us beat Gateshead on Saturday..............We had him before 4 seasons ago and he is a local boy.

He’s their captain, isn’t he?

Are they NL standard?
Both are National League standard but haven't looked as good as last season. Finney scooped up all the end of the season awards for us last year, yet this season he's been proper accident prone and looked a liability.

Coming to the Non League South East Scatter Gun region after being released from Billericay is:

Adam Cunnington ,Scott Doe and Ricky Modeste after being released from Billericay.

Take your pick Bromley, Sutton, Dover, Maidenhead, Ebbsfleet, Boreham Wood & probably Chelmsford...........

Maidstone have already got amongst it and signed Jake Robinson for an undisclosed fee from Billericay, I remember when he was at Brighton and was a good prospect..............

Has Tamplin pulled out or is this the supposed move to full-time?

Sounds like we're bringing in more players.

Billericay's current chairman had to say this “We’ve got potentially a swap on the table but I can’t say just yet. We’ve got maybe two Maidstone players coming to join us.''

Unless its silly money, I'd expect him to go at the end of this season.

Any striker down here who scores a few and is under the age of 25 is classed as the new Vardy, it's the first rule of Non League.

I reckon he will go in January if he keeps scoring from now until then, league clubs are stupid enough to pay through the nose because they buy into the 'new Vardy' nonsense. Talk of those Prem clubs wanting him is laughable really as Vardy himself didn't go straight to the Prem and he is the best player I've ever seen down here. I could see Bonne at Peterborough or somewhere.

Thing is though, since Vardy there's almost been a bit of a fetish towards non-league players. What is half a million when Vardy's value was probably 100x that after the Premier League win, especially in the market today. It's a fairly low risk gamble, but I'd imagine any team that watches him from that level wouldn't consider it a serious bid - there's probably better risk options from Scandinavia for example.

However, I could also see Bonne at Peterborough, but I don't think he'd be good enough to be a main man at that level. In my opinion, anything that we accept - especially as Col U have a sell on clause - will be a gross overpayment from the club he goes to. That's why I don't think he will go in January, given the hype and the league position we're in, only an absolute idiot would buy him currently. He will go in June, without a shadow of a doubt.

However, if Bonne goes, and as good as Josh Koroma is, we're probably not getting promoted, even if we reinvest the £300k or whatever we'd get out of it, unless we get stupid lucky.

More murmurs today that this is actually happening.

I'm still not so sure, mainly because it'd leave us with only two strikers going into the Xmas and NY fixtures but if they've now come in with a silly offer, then I can see us selling and allowing us to strengthen in January. He's only started two games this season compared to being just about an ever-present, and our top scorer, last season.

FFS. Any chance it can wait two weeks. Give us half a chance at least.

Word on the grapevine Orient will bring in a winger today.
Heard Scott Kashket mentioned. Surely not...
