Whilst Bumarse would clearly be a good signing, if you go over to RP it's clear that the preferred signing is Terry Tithead.
What about Ivor Wonkyknee?

Someone down here's got to be going in for Matt Green surely?
I think he'd rather stay local to these parts at this stage in his career so Chesterfield should be on the phone in a flash. Likewise Notts if they had sorted their problems out.
Strongly linked with our lovely fishy friends.Someone down here's got to be going in for Matt Green surely?

Surely he intends to be in L2? They paid over £100k for him six months ago.
Jimmy Ball back from Stevenage and a new left back to replace Duxbury are both due to be completed this week according to a reliable poster on our messageboard.
Just a centre back and a left winger and we’ll be done.
Can’t see it. They’ve lost a big key player from last season, so they’d need to replace him with the same quality. Definitely well away from relegation though this time. Unless that’s what you mean by surprise of course..Lucky you. We only have 11 players contracted and yet to announce a signing. Think your settled squad could be a surprise package this year.
I’d take a mid-table finish right now. We’ve replaced Warburton with a highly rated young lad from Colne - could go either way with him. Can’t see it. Mid table would be a good season. Would you expect to average 5,000?I’d take a mid-table finish right now. We’ve replaced Warburton with a highly rated young lad from Colne - could go either way with him.
With the price increases I think that’s very doubtful unless we are in the hunt for the playoffs. Not sure how the away crowds will differ in the division above but would be happy with 4.5k average.Mid table would be a good season. Would you expect to average 5,000?

You'll get good crowds from us, Chesterfield and Notts County I'd imagine. Should make up for all the B'woods and Gravesends with their double figure followings.
Kidderminster,Telford and Alfreton showing interest in Pools striker Jake Cassidy. Any good?
We'll also bring quite a few there.
Hopefully we dodge the bullet thenHe's a fanny with a heart the size of a pea, I'd rather play a game with 10 men than have Cassidy in it.
The 3-3 game down at their place back when we were decent was probably my favourite away game ever, must've been 1,500 Pools there that day easily, had everything happen, dodgy penalties, a Stockport goal that was offside by about 60 yards, Wilson got sent to the stands, a retaken Stockport penner to win it saved and coming back from 3-0 down.

That was good but nothing ever will beat the 4-3 at Peterborough.
Nelse's last minute 30 yard winner is the stuff of legends. What a game and what a strike that was and the pure joy in the stands is a feeling I'll never forget. Probably one of the best days of my life, that.

rumours abound that we are picking up local lad Arlen Birch from Fylde and he has already been 'in the building'
Yozzer has been on holiday so hopefully an announcement today on this and also an un-named striker who would be a coup according to the source 'in the know'
I was surprised to see Bond and Hardy let go. The former always seems to pick up key goals and wasn’t the latter being watched by football league clubs?Birch is a decent player. He's the only player on our released list that I would have kept. Albeit as a squad player
