Yes, some have Conf prem or whatever the hell it's called this moment and some have PL experience. CM has said he is looking at strengthening with a forward or maybe a winger. Trialists never usually end up doing much or getting a deal so I am not holding my breath. Would be interesting to just even know who they were!?

Obviously means nothing as you can start off with a PL club, never make it past the youth/academy or reserve level and still have to drop down the divisions to find a truer level of ability or a chance to do something. As I said, not really expecting much from any trialists because more often than not, it ends up with them not signing or being offered a contract.

Haven't seen it mentioned but Danny racchi is training with us. We had him when Saunders was in charge and was on non contract terms. Saunders took him on an away match darn sarf and then excluded him from the matchday squad, so he left

Joined York after that (under mills) followed by a spell at Kilmarnock

Last club was Hyde united. Might sign given we have early pre season injuries

Adam Dawson was in my opinion the best opposition player to play at Blundell Park last season, ran Gregor Robertson ragged for 90 mins.

Neil Young is such a legend at Chester that I'm willing him to win the North. I might even pop over to EP for a game if we haven't got one.

You have got a player in Dawson . Was fantastic for us , I'm surprised he's not joining a league club tbh

I imagine we'd have probably been more likely to keep him if he wasn't on a big wage, in comparison to our position now.

He was one of our best players in the season we were relegated, in my opinion (which isn't saying much, granted, but he can do a job at L2 level). He isn't the fastest centre half you'll find, but he's aerially pretty strong. One thing with Krystian is his concentration levels can just vanish, sometimes leading to costly mistakes.

Still a good age though, and I think he'd be fine in League Two.

Was good for us in League Two in an awful side, but was 3rd choice for most of last season. I don't think he really wanted to be here after relegation.

12 months ago it would have been all positives. Now it's a bit harder as he's pretty much wasted the last year. I would say he's a good defender for L2, that's been wasted in very poor sides whilst here.

Parslow'll do a job for you. Hurst tried to play him in central midfield- don't do that!

On Dawson's wiki blurb it says born and raised in Bury, however his bio says born in Grimsby. He's yo-yo'd up and down the leagues but I've always seen good things written about him and he played a blinder at Blundell Park. Would have signed him over Marshall.
