He's not good enough for the Championship yet. Massive step up as we saw when Fleetwood went to Charlton. You've got to be head and shoulders above all the strikers in this league to get a move like that, Kurtis is good but isn't at that level.

It's a bit like all those rumours that used to keep coming up about Oshodi interesting Championship clubs. They might have a look but they wont come in for him.

No Championship club has ever looked at Eddie Oshodi.

This is probs best thread for this, at a fans meeting last night to discuss fund raising ideas for sole purpose of the playing budget, an anonymous donation was made for £15k, with further funds to be made available as part of another fund raising initiative, though this is yet to be announced.

Wouldn't surprise me if we bolloxed something up like that. Though we've just had a £15k investment handed to Askey for the first team and first thing he did was sign the 'keeper up to a longer deal, so cant imagine he'd overlook any issues with the Dennis deal at the same time.

i'll summarise for you;-

Lincoln throw ball high into box - Rhead doesn't do much with it, Barrow clear (repeat every 5 minuites)
Barrow attack - could have scored if not for Farman (repeat, repeat, repeat)
Walker has goal wrongly disallowed for offside, Cook scores
Farman saves Lincoln (repeat again)

Personally, I'm not overly keen. I'm not sure what it is really because he seems half capable at times but there's just something that seems unsettling about him but not quite on a Nat Brown scale! Seems to take unnecessary risks at times trying to take people on from a defensive position. He's only playing at the minute because Howe's injured and he's in the squad as a back-up LB so shouldn't be at CB too often (done much better in his two or three appearances at LB by all accounts).

Not sure r.e. his throw because Bradley Wood has an equally long thrown.

Done well when I've seen him this season, likes to run the ball out of defence and has put in some quite a few last ditch tackles.
