I don't expect Turnbull to re-sign for Macc, I was surprised he was offered another contract since I expect he was one of our highest earners, and can only guess the offer was at reduced terms.

I'm in two minds about him potentially leaving because he's a great person and leader, but he has been on a downward spiral on the pitch since early 2015. He struggled for fitness last year, missing large numbers of games, and when fit, struggled to make the starting eleven.

With Jim Gannon back at County, I thought he might go back there, if offered a better contract. Like the other Macc fans I'm not overly fussed, I would be happy if he signed and it wouldn't be a big blow if he didn't.

Very happy with that if it's true. Player with huge potential and seems like injuries have hampered his career so far. He had a great start to the season with Cheltenham season before last and then got injured. Birmingham rate him very highly so I assume it will be a loan.

Seems like it is! A player who looks remarkably like him has been seen having his official photo taken. Seems an exciting signing. Has been on the fringes of the Brum first team. The question is why has he signed for us really!

If you're talking about his brother, somebody posted on our forum that he's in talks with Cheltenham, don't know how true that is though. The same guy also says that Connor has offers from football league clubs so it's not done yet.
