Mackreth did nothing all season when he was fit, which was never. I just can't think of any single thing he actually did, seriously.

Mackreth did nothing all season when he was fit, which was never. I just can't think of any single thing he actually did, seriously.

He'll somehow pick up a North West club like he usually does though.

Mackreth was pretty anonymous here too, one brilliant goal against Gateshead aside he did pretty much nothing. For a winger his crossing was atrocious and if he didn't get past his left back the first couple of times he just used gave up and didn't try again.

We have spoken to him and yourselves about a move, but he is one of a number of striker options we're considering.

50/50 on whether this will happen, but it looks like we're getting closer to our final signing this summer.

We apparently agreed a fee with Boreham Wood to sign Morgan Ferrier over the weekend, but he turned us down in favour of a new contract at Meadow Park. It seems like a lack of ambition on his part, but I suppose he did not want to move north of Watford.

Think he missed a 1-on-1 at Brisbane Road
Alabi might be a good player but we never saw it. Kinnear's tactics played him mostly on the wing cutting in. Might have worked for Stefan Payne or Ricky Miller but not Alabi

If you play kick and rush like Chester did in 16/17 he’ll be fantastic for you. If you try Any semblance of football he’ll be a major flop. The thing going for you is I believe he is from down that way, so closer to home. Very fragile player that couldn’t handle any of the pressure at Tranmere.

He can be a success for you if you play to his strengths. He never won a header for us in 60 games. His strength is latching onto through balls. His finishing was very good when he scored 17 for us the season before last when we would have gone down if the season had been a week longer.

So many drama queens on Red Passion, it’s very amusing. Personally I’m not too bothered about Oswell as it would be a risky signing to rely on him to score our goals, with him moving up a division. Would much rather Cheek, if that rumour is even true. Same for Oswell too actually, I’ve not seen any actual proof we’ve tried to sign him.
