Also it's official, Afobe has completed move to Bournemouth on a 4 and a half year deal. Risky move as he could be back in the Championship next season. Bet he got a shock when he left a world class training complex like ours to join Bournemouth's shed and a sand pit to train on.

At least now we'll have no more Afobe posts...

I'm inclined to agree that the lad will turn us down but we live in hope.
As it's a potentially big signing for us, I don't think we would hear anything this late as the club will want to 'announce' his arrival for some good publicity. IF he did sign, it might make any other signings slightly easier so a bit of good publicity can't hurt.
That said, I will believe it when I see it.

We are having an excellent season, I said last year that we could push for the playoffs again, as long as we got rid of the deadwood like Sako, Dicko, Afobe and Stearman. Sadly we still have Dicko but him being out injured has allowed us to push Dave Edwards even further up the pecking order.

Could do with maybe losing both our keepers to play the youth keeper and maybe binning Jordan Graham off for about 600k seeing as we got him on the cheap, might need 6 or 7 more wingers just to make sure we never play Jed Wallace, however really pleased so far.

Tarky wants to move to Burnley, so expect to see that go through this month. £5m and we'll sell I reckon. Gutted as he will definitely play PL some day.
