I don't think JET is the kind of player you want in a relegation battle.

Steven Whittaker, should I be happy or not that we're being linked with him Munkiki?

Deal agreed with Norwich for Gary hooper to join on a permanent basis. Not sure on the figure they were reporting 3.5million last week

Good price that. He is a guaranteed goalscorer at this level IMO and you won't get much better.

Shows that the £4m QPR sold Austin for was a farce. He's done it at Prem level and was only £500k more than a Norwich reserve (though a good one nonetheless).

Devastating. Never thought I'd want Reading to get promoted but here we are

Danny Graham is a good loan signing for Blackburn, goalscorer at this level.

Was good a few years ago, has been shit ever since. We had him last season on loan and sent him back early because he couldn't even dislodge Leon Clarke from the team.

Never really rated him. But, like Bradley Johnson, he was good for us in the second half of last season. Should be good enough for a bottom six side in the Championship.

Ross McCormack looking likely to join Boro, 9 million plus Kike rumoured.
Not sure why they'd make this signing, they're pretty much guaranteed to go up as it is given their squad and form (though the same has been said about Derby before).

I doubt having McCormack would give you that much more chance, better to keep the money for the summer and buy someone better suited to the PL.

Then again, if you have the money to do it, you might as well do it!

Seriously hope these rumours of us signing Eoin Doyle permanently aren't true, I wouldn't have the ginger, soulless wanker for free. He should fuck off back to Ireland to empty the puke bags for Ryanair, the shit c***. Hate him.

JET looking too be offloaded by QPR, bring him home :(

BCFC Jordan

Apparently he isnt trying in training and his attitude has not impressed JFH. Against Forest, I think he covered the least amount of ground.

Not quite. He had 6 months on his contract, so we got something rather than nothing. If we were looking for play off, we would have kept him. We bought Washington with the money and have change left over.

We've signed Algerian international Karim Matmour on a deal until end of the season.

Played against England in the 2010 world cup.

Played predominantly in Bundesliga 2 & 1

QPR want Adam Reach and 6.5 million off Boro for Matt Phillips.

Not sure if Reach has a recall option from us though.

Not massively fussed about Adam Reach leaving to be honest (if true), decent but if we're playing 4-3-3, i'd have Gallagher on the left ahead of him.

Handy that he can play wing back as well though.

This guy needs to find himself a permanant club, always looks good wherever I've seen him but it doesn't look promising at Palace for him.
He's a talented player, but he's massively injury prone. I agree that someone should be looking to sign him permanently though, he'd do well in this league.

It seems that Lee Tomlin is off somewhere in the Championship this month, on loan to see out the season. So reports our local paper. There were talks with Leeds but that isn't a go-er, so Wolves and Ipswich are the current links, along with the perhaps lazy link to his old club Boro.

Hasn't really happened here, he's been injured for much of the season and we don't really use his position any more, he needs games to find his mojo.

We want nearer £9 million for him I believe.

How good is he? I will confess to knowing his name, but not knowing much about him.

Hard worker, tall, strong, good defensively, comfortable going forward with the ball at his feet, ok pace and his crossing is generally sound.

Does lack any real skill though and is nervous in front of goal, his touch can let him down at times too.

Not really a stand-out player but a solid 6 or 7/10 man who can occasionally be a match winner whether he's at wing back or an out and out wide man. The best comparison i've seen him given is Kevin Kilbane. If he could improve his finishing then he could score a tonne with the positions he finds himself in.

Sounds like there is nothing in this though if no recall is in place, this window anyway. Where has the rumour come from? i've seen nothing.
