Joel Ekstrand. Would be more comfortable with our defence if he came in too.

How much has Cook gone for then? I saw 15 but is that including add-ons and certain permutations?

The first news out of Yorkshire said a deal agreed at 6m, but since the fee seems to have varied all over the shop to 10m or beyond. Sure it'll be officially undisclosed, and it'll be structured with various criteria. A case of believing whichever ITK-er you want to believe.

Stankovic signed from Dortmund, was on Dortmunds bench towards end of last season.

Total unknown but bloody exciting to be a Town fan right now.

God knows how you guys are going to go next season. A complete unknown. Should be interesting if nothing else.

O'Connell confirmed sold to Sheff Utd.

Good player, he'll be back in the Championship. But like Mawson we just have a lot better

Expecting to confirm Isaac Hayden (Arsenal and ex-Hull loanee) in the next day or two. No indication as to whether it's permanent or on loan yet mind.

Cook confirmed. Definitely up there with the best of our talents from recent years. Him and Delph probably the stand out two from recent years. More potential than Byram and Howson. Taylor is the only one absolutely capable of stepping up and slotting straight in to the PL imo and he could yet go - which would be criminal.

Still lots of work to be done before he becomes the finished article but at 19 if he manages to do so, he'll be capable of doing most things in a midfield role.

Yeah just seen there that it's an initial 7 with 10 as add ons. I imagine that will probably just mean if they stay up and makes X appearances but 17 is a lot like.

Sky are currently reporting 7m potentially rising to 10m in add-ons, thats 10 all done not 17.
But as ever, fees are undisclosed and we never know for sure.

If you sign Kemar Roofe your getting a game changer. He is a class act, and im not just saying that, because im an Oxford Fan. Most neutrals from Lge 1 Lge 2 would all love to have him in there side.

I personally think he can make the step up, and is the man for the BIG occasion.
£3million is a bargain if you sign him, and im hoping there will be a reasonable sell on clause 30%.

A random twitter account is saying we are signing Callum O'Dowda? Heard anything your end? Any good?

If if works out how It's looking, we could be spending £2m all together on Bradshaw, Gregory and Forster-Caskey and showing some actual ambition in the Championship for the first time since returning.

If Taylor and Paredes impress on trial that's another two really good signings for us.

With other big targets being talked to as well our summer might suddenly come to life.

Signed Joseph Mendes from Le Havre. 1 goal every 6 games on average in Ligue 2. Hide in fear Championship clubs, hide in fear.

Tom Bradshaw to Rotherham looking likely now. Tom's mom Sally is now following Rotherham United on twitter and it is looking like we delayed one of our signings today till Monday to soften the blow. Still speculation at this point though however.

£1.2m bid for Gregory today and Bradshaw's went in yesterday, however much it was I haven't got a clue.

Would be alright for Rotherham that. What's your current record transfer SERNWA?

400k on Bowery.

Should top that twice.
Going for Gregory as well?

Forster-Caskey would be a coup for your lot as well, at least you're having a go rather than being content with merely surviving every year.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Bradshaw is a good signing, would have liked him here, but he hasn't played higher than League 1.

Depressing isn't it?

Especially when we're looking at free signings from the Jupiler league and Ligue 2..
You wouldn't think we both have parachute payments would you? While Rotherham go around splashing out over two million on two strikers. Just a reminder of how competitive this league is.

Yeah, Stubbs wants both. Think millwall are gunna hold out for closer to £2m for Gregory though and don't think we'll go much higher than where we're at now.

Exactly, Warnock is the one we can thank, opened Tony Stewart's eyes as to what he needs to do to achieve his goals, Stewart still wants to see us in the PL however ludicrous that sounds.

Heard the Gregory bid has been knocked back?

Been different bits about the bid on Twitter but from what I know we only made a new bid at teatime yesterday and last time it took em the weekend to reject it, so although they probably will I don't think they have yet.
