Yeah this guy hasn't specifically mentioned Dicko to us but there are whispers our end and he's tweeted about a surprise outgoing.

Not sure how I'd feel about it, alright I guess. He'd offer something we don't already have in pace and ability to stretch a defence, but not sure he'd be someone to fill a Tammy shaped hole. Would've been good alongside him

Is Daz Hale a reliable source in the West Midlands Wolves/ Brum fans?
He's come out with a corker that I wouldn't be unhappy with IF it's reliable. An expensive one I should think but one I would be happy with.
By all accounts, he's the Wolves man at the BBC in your part of the world?

Dicko to us, don't think it would be as expensive as ciderup feels though as he struggled since his injury it seems.

From what I can see he hasn't actually said anything, other than there's going to be a surprise departure from Wolves. A random guy has said in reply that it's Dicko to Bristol City 4 year deal

Indeed. Reading it again, I don't see where the Dicko to City rumour comes from.

If we sign Dicko I'll stick money on us to go down.

Good a few years ago with Afobe, cack ever since his injury.

I'd take Dicko, think he could do really well in our system. No way we'd pay the fee or the wages that they'd be asking for

TBH MB, whoever comes in has a very tough job, they have to replace Tammy Abraham who, for a loan player, holds god like status in BS3. Maybe Dicko, as an out and out front man, would be good? I don't know enough from watching him twice a season and on the tele. Wolves seemed to play him more as a winger but can he play through the middle? I would be interested in a Wolves supporters opinion.

Pretty much this. He looked good in League 1, whilst in this league Sako and Afobe made him look much better than he actually is. Since then he has been crap. (and injured).

He has his fans here for sure, but personally I'd be happy to see him leave. His goal to game ratio is terrible (he managed 3 in 30ish games last season). To be honest I think you could do much better. I'd think you could have him for 1 million.

Ciderup he would usually play in the middle of a 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 for us. 3 goals in 2 years says it all i'm afraid mate.

Thanks Mark. Very underwhelming for us IF it's true then. :(
We had better hope Chelsea have another 'Tammy' heading West I suppose.

Norwich want 5 million for Jonny Howson (who seems keen to come back to Leeds)

doubt we will spend anymore on CM though we are currently going into the new season with 2 cb's and one is suspended for the 1st 2 games

We've been linked with him, apparently waiting for your asking price to go down (loan fee)

That account seems to only report stuff if they're close enough done deals as well.

It's all over twitter so I'd imagine this one's a goer. Looks highly rated. Reckon we will spending more on him than we did on kodjia.

I'd expect that will be a transfer record

Looks that way chaps. Transfer Market usually err on the low side and still value him at £3.4M.
Methinks our record transfer is about to go as well.

Mate it reported the Vaughan rumour the other day and it came from a fake account ffs.

This bloke looks alright, 21 in 35 in Ligue 2, will either be a Kodjia or a Camara though.

Gone through the tweets for the last week and nothing there about Vaughan.

So if they're deleting stuff they find out to be false, if its still there now implies they have some faith in it.

I hope it's true that you want Dicko
That speaks volumes Mark!
It looks like the Angers move looks like it's happening so, I should think , it would be 1 more front man. Maybe a move might give him the spark he needs? Help me out here, I'm trying to put a positive spin on any move for Dicko. :(

By the unlikely chance you went down, Dicko can score against the likes of Bury and Oldham to get you back up

I'm not so negative on Dicko. More than happy if we signed him and this Angers chap.

According to Ed Aarons (the Guardian), the fee for the Angers bloke is €6M.
Blimey! :eyes:

Doubt it'll stop there too. LJ would have spent nigh on 20million since he's arrived. Major progress needs to be made this season, major.
