The Prince (Oniangue) has joined Angers on loan for the rest of the season. Still can't believe we spent 2m on him.

There was something about him I liked, used to get into the box and unlike Edwards looked like he wasn't terrified of the idea of scoring. However I trust Nuno so if he doesn't want him, it's not like under Lambert when I couldn't understand why Calvelro and Saiss weren't playing and I felt they should.

Aye, both better players than Hugill.

I'm not shitting on the guy as he's a good front man but just can't my head around these fees.

Agreed, Ricardo Fuller with 2 good knees would be a £20m player nowadays.

Unbelievable before his operations.

Did well in the Prem with Stoke but would achieved a lot more if his pace was still intact.

Looks like Robbie Keane is coming back home too. What a time to support Wolves.

McAllister refused to comment on the Hugill speculation in his presser but said there are a few things ongoing and hopefully we'll have 1, possibly 2 in before Saturday....

Problem  Nuno could play there himself and wolves would still go up 20 points clear of 2nd!

What problem ffs, Doherty's been on fire this season
Yeah if you guys don't want Docherty we'll have them!

Unless you guys mean problem as in, Docherty probably wouldn't be good enough for your challenge for Europa League spots next season, in which case I would agree.

Used to love Debuchy, great player a couple of years ago.

Doherty isn't that good, nowhere near the best right back in the league... your Nico Yennaris would have something to say about that!!!!

Everton have laughed off our bid for Joe Williams. If the £1million quoted is true then I'm not surprised.

Ike Ugbo has left and gone on loan to MK Dons. He's shite so can't say I'm too bothered about that.

We're in desperate need of a decent striker.

Doherty has been absolutely outstanding this season. I hate these shit "he's the best" arguments, but he's certainly in the top one.
Bloke's been a revelation. But I admit I wonder if it is just that Neves, Saiss (another revelation) and Coady are making the likes of Bennett, Doherty and Douglas into stunning players.

Debuchy would be good back up for Doherty, tbf.

Robbie Keane deal is off... gutted

Thank God for that. I mean seriously? A 37yo? I mean I love my old man but doesn't mean I want Wolves to sign him.

Probably for the best, just would have been nice to see him wear the shirt again.

We're moving into the loan market to cover for 80% of our squad being injured.

Do us the favour.
Seriously don’t know where your problem with me has come from, but let’s leave it here, boring for everyone else.

I don't have a problem, I just laugh when I read your posts about Brentford as you'd have us know you've got the best group of players in europe. It's nothing personal.

It’s very out there I give it that, is it really better than anything we have here & in the academy?
I suppose it depends if it's a 'now' signing or a 'for the future' one TBH. He might be mustard but I've never heard of the lad so can't really comment. IF we're hanging out hat on someone from the Austrian second division to get us up, I would be a tad underwhelmed to be fair but would give the lad a chance.

Preston North End
Preston North End have emphasised their ambitions for a Premier League promotion push by lining up former Everton midfielder Ryan Ledson as their third signing of the January transfer window.

North End, who have already bought striker Louis Moult and Bristol Rovers' Billy Bodin in the first few days of the window, have tabled a bid of around £500,000 to Oxford United for 20-year-old Ledson who has represented England at junior level.

Ledson made his Everton debut at 17 under Roberto Martinez but signed for Oxford in 2016 to develop his career and has played more than 50 first-team games for the League One side.
